客室は清潔、清掃のスタッフの仕事ぶりが丁寧かつ誠実で好感持てました。

5階プールサイドバーのクラスとの会話が楽しかったです。おかげでスイステルの滞在をより楽しめました。

部屋はとっても快適でしたが少し狭い様に感じるました｡

I think the 15th floor had been flooded recently. Strong oder of mold and mildew as soon as I got off of the elevator. Even in the room. I slept with covers pulled over my head. It kicked off my allergies and gave me a runny nose that is still with me now 2 days later

We enjoyed the Family Suite of Swissotel with complimentary breakfast buffet for 2. Used my Accor card for the 2 additional breakfast. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was so nice that the kids didn't want to swim anymore and just hibernate inside. The pictures in the website are accurate.

Husband and I checked in to celebrate my birthday. The hotel did not disappoint. They granted my requests and made me the happiest on my birthday.

The hotel is well-maintained, and the service provided is excellent.

Property is beautiful, specially the pool. It was relaxing and comfortable.

This is one of the best stay that we have since we came in the Philippines 2 weeks ago.

Excellent location. The facility is very advance with technology. Everything in the room are remotely controlled. Excellent dining options with plenty of choices. All staff members are very respectful and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Swissotel for a week with my family of 10. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing when first arriving since it is located on the side of their mall, unless you enter through the main casino area, which is a farther walk to the main lobby area. Check in staff were polite and tried their best to accommodate our requests to keep our rooms close, despite the hotel being close to capacity for the holidays. Strangely, only 1 of the 3 rooms received fresh fruit. The other 2 rooms only had water During our stay, we were always greeted and seated promptly for our daily breakfast at MARKT restaurant. There was a wide selection and variety of food to choose from. The restaurant staff was kind and did their best to meet our requests however, several days our beverages were never delivered after ordering. The last hour of the breakfast buffet, many items were not replenished. Pool area was nice and clean. Food and drinks were served well. Shopping area could be improved with more variety in retail such as clothing and gift stores. Concierge staff are very nice to work with. Overall, my family and I will definitely be coming back to stay in this hotel for future visits. NOTE: I would AVOID eating at The DINE restaurant, which is NOT affiliated with Swissotel, located in their adjacent shopping area inside the side entrance to the hotel. Poor customer service and high prices - not worth it. Manager unapologetic with their own mistakes.

The hotel was beautiful, smells clean and inviting. There only downside is the far walk to Swissotel from the front entrance.
