Tess and Tessha Condotel near T3 Airport

入口はわかりにくいが総合的に良かった。

No working TV, badly slow wifi, smell so musty.

夕方のラッシュアワーにマニラに到着する便だったので、

ニノイアキノ空港からほど近いですが、空港自体がめちゃくちゃ広いので、ターミナルによっては行くのが大変。　事前に宿にピックアップサービスをお願いしておいたほうがいいです。 とはいえHOTELS.comさんの宿情報にある電話番号？が全然違うのでかなり困りました。なるべく早めにメール等で連絡入れたほうがいいです。 結果タクシーで向かったのですが、今度は入り口が皆目わからない。コンビニの隣にあるレセプションで聞くと、スタッフが来てると思います。 チェックインの際、パスポートの提示と、チェックアウトまで施設に預ける身分証（ドライバーズライセンス等？）を求められます。パスポートしかないと言ったら大丈夫でした。 部屋はかなり広くて、簡易キッチンも備えたコンドミニアムでした。 そこそこ清潔で快適でした。

It’s in an eclectic surrounding. In front of the hotel is very upscale. If you venture around the back, it’s more grungy, which I don’t mind. I found a second hand store and bought some stuff. A lot of food options right outside the lobby, mostly fast food and pizza along with an upscale Japanese restaurant. Around the corner there’s typical Philippino food. Plus there’s a small grocery store right there by the lobby. The host for my Condotel was very accommodating and attentive and friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator and a 2 burner counter top and a microwave. I felt very safe in the area. Very close to terminal 3, which was very convenient, only 101 php for Grab taxi

Unable to locate property had instructions actually told you where the condo was might have helped. Front of desk staff professional and security good, central to all amenities and excellent for terminal 3 airport

It was so great to stay in a very reasonably priced apartment so conveniently close to Terminal 3. It is a 20 minute easy walk over the "Manila Runway" from picking up our bags or to the airline check-in counters. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Rose who showed us to the apartment and ensured that our questions were answered. (I have stayed in several other apartments in the area and as good as their apartments were most of them relied on being given the key by the reception person after finding the correct building).

Excellent room and quiet from road noise. A/C was excellent but did have some initial confusion on which room was allocated when I arrived. Apart from that - door and desk staff were excellent.

As the lovby was well attended with marble tiles, and great lighting, we all expected that the upper floors will be as maintained. However, for a brief stay and freat location, I would return for another booking.

Guards, reception, all workers have good working ethics, friendly but yet there is limit between their job and clients.
