All the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.

Looks really old and not maintained well. The price is too high for the quality. Buffet breakfast was disappointing and the pool was dirty.

I recommend the place, it is clean

They should improve their new rooms. They should include hair dryer, additional towels (face towels) and shelves in their shower area. Front desk should also advertise and recommend their other facilities to their guests

Nothing good from all thing A to Z not advice any body to stay their .

Plus that it’s near the metro. But during our stay, there’ no water supply for hours.

Comfortable room and nice resort, the activities were a bit disorganized or lacking

Disappointing. Bed sheets are very old. comforter has a big hole. my sons and I got bug bites everywhere in our body. the room needs to be updated.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel amenities are good and room size is above what I have expected. Bed are comfortable and good daily housekeeping.

Location was good and room condition was ok. Personnel were not as friendly and as accommodating. They rarely smile at their guests and seldom do they make the guests feel welcome. Food service is worse and menu were not thought of...

We have fun and relaxed.. Im sure, we will be back soon..

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is well kept up. View is nice, but that's about it. The one restaurant that is open all day has very limited menu, and what is served is mediocre and always barely warm. Breakfast gives you the option of only two choices and that also is served cold. The other restaurant and casino is only open from 10am until 2pm. Because we were there to visit with friends in town below, we were not there for lunch times so could not rate the casino or restaurant. Was hoping to enjoy some time at the casino but with it only open 4hrs a day, no time to try our luck. Not much to offer on snacks either. Most of the staff were friendly and polite but there are others that seem to walk about that appeared angry or just don't want to be there.

More food options. But the rooms and pool are great.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was big, very clean, the bed feels like heaven with all the pillows. Pool with a serene view. Room for improvement would be to have a covered parking. Who knew an hour away from Manila can you find such beauty.

Very nice place to stay for family bonding. Hotel staffs, guards , utilities are very accommodating as well as the head Chef. Superb food.

The hotel has good ambiance, perfect for couple bonding. Need to improve the room's door lock and this did not automatically close in fact, our room was not locked after the turndown service when we came back to the room.

Perfect for a quick getaway for a weekend. Great place and view. Delicious food and big clean room. The bad thing is that we can't control the AC. I have to call numerous time for them to adjust it but still not enough to make the room cooler. Only 27-24 degree. Actually having a mild asthma attack because of that. I don't know if it is just our room. But nevertheless we had fun.
