The staff is very nice and friendly. The food was great. The 2 queen rooms we stayed in was very clean and beds were soft and linens and towels were white as snow. The comforter and pillows felt as if they were new. The air conditioning was super cold. The wifi was excellent speed. The cable tv was good, it had alot of American tv channels. The room service delivered in 30 minutes. In our first room the electricity stopped working as if a breaker went bad, without any hesitation they put us in another room and helped carry our stuff. There is a 7 eleven next door and the street food at night is 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend and stay there every visit.

Location was good, walking distance (5mins) to Roxas Night Market and ADDU. I requested for a large single bed and got it, it was exquisitely comfortable. Toilet was big except that it needs more scrubbing, it's still clean for a budget hotel standard. Amenities are complete, there was even a robe, mini-bar, and iron plus lots of hangers. Place is beyond average for a standard hotel. Unfortunately I wasn't able to avail of the complimentary breakfast as there were technical issues on Expedias end, I got a refund for it though.

I enjoyed my second stay at Tinhat with my family. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. They provided good service in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The hotel food was extraordinary. I will definitely recommend Tinhat to my friends.

Bed, pillows, comforter were really cozy. Room was nice, not bad. Everything was fine until water started dripping from the airconditioner. I guess that's what you get for a discounted price. Overall, just fine.

I had the best stay at tinhat. everything is almost perfect, the room size, having a refrigerator and iron inside the room and the accommodating staff. plus the location of tinhat is really advantage of them all. keep it up! I will surely go back in this hotel!!!

While the location are strategically located in Poblacion, quite a big room and room facilities. But then The hotel aircon s****, no water heater, they didn't change our duvet even we asked twice. (We stayed from 27-30) Average. Will not recommend the hotel.

It seems simple outside, but the rooms is fully furnished. They have iron and iron board, mini refrigerator, TV, heater for drinking and shower. The staff are accommodating. I will book in this hotel again.

Nice hotel and staffs. i hope you will install an elevator kasi kawawa naman yung mga oldies guest akyat sa high floors hahahahaha, including na me na madali hingalin. pero okay na din yun na exercise. keep up the good work Tinhat. i appreciate my stay for 1 week. May Allah bless you always. ☺️

Very nice staff. The kitchen crew forgot our request for a water. By the way they do not have complimentary coffee and water. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Television not working . Remote faulty. Complained for not working. Some one checked then said they do not have spare remote as hotel is fully booked. In the morning some one came to check. Tried to adjust and adjusted but every single station you have to press the channel number. No up down chanelchange worked. Hot water kettle was leaking. Water flowing on table. Complained not changed or bothered. Toilet roll was only little. Did not changed for second night it ran out. No lift. You have to climb three story up down Not good for value

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Room is clean and very functional with a fridge, iron, kettle and good wifi. Location is next to road for easy access to taxis and local jeeps going to malls and other ain locations. 7/11 on the corners for midnight snacks and drinks. Highly recommended worth your money and stay.

I didn't expect that such a nice hotel is located in the busy roads of Boulevard. The area is highly dense with people but as soon as you've checked in, you can easily forget the busy hustles of the street. The food was great and the bed was comfortable. I didn't really enjoy the CR but otherwise. Thank you.
