The facilities were not good, but the hotel staff were all very kind. I would like to visit again someday.

良い点 ・学校内にあるためセキュティーがしっかりしている ・セパレートタイプのエアコンだったため静かだった 悪い点 ・場所が分かりずらい ・ホテル内で朝食は出来るが、夕食は取れない ・部屋にWifiがない

I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am. Please let me explain. I booked the hotel for the following reasons that are on your list & advertised. * Free wifi / Sauna / Spa / steam room / mini bar / breakfast / ...... but none of these actually exist. I am a business man & have to go to the reception to get any wifi !!! The staff are very friendly but the following problems occured. * the mattress on the bed had the wire springs almost poking through (this they did replace) * the air conditioner was spitting water into the room, this they did fix. * The TV does not work * There is a leak from the roof above the toilet that drips on you if you are sitting * The shower screen door is broken * The air conditioner is either FREEZING cold or off.... there is no temperature control * The gym equipment is very old & in disrepair Overall there are MANY features advertised on the website that do not exist or are sub standard.

The property looks older than what is shown in the photos. For example the sliding door in the shower always gets dislodge and my kids had rashes in their legs, I’m not sure if it’s from bed bugs or mosquito bites. They do not provide an iron for clothes and you need to pay for every piece of clothing to be pressed. Staff brcame ftiendly after we complained a lot. Good points are the hotel has a reliable power generator, which is great during typhoon season and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel is too pricey in my opinion, you get less value for your money.

Grim. Difficult to access after normal working hours. On a campus of a university.

I reserved and paid for a room for 3 people but we were put it to a room with only 2 single beds on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the room A/C doesn’t work. TERRIBLE place and NOT recommended.

Staff are very accommodating

Walking distance to main highway. Pool was cleaned and maintained every day. Excellent service! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. 10/10 service
