The worst hotel, front desk reception is very rude, there’s a big spider in the bathroom. The room next to the noisy road.

I thinking the bed needs a more comfortable bed like a mattress topper for a better night sleep

I have stayed here before because it close to Robinsons, bus terminal, Beds and pillows hard and king size bed only gets 2 pillows, AC at full blast takes long time to cool, can't leave it on when going out because your only allowed 1 key even if there are 2 people plus 500 peso deposit for key. Restaurant is very good, great food, better then any other around.

Kuya leo and John's service is excemptional. During our long stay in the hotel they treated us really good. Their service is amazing.

Not hppy at all, we have to transfer to another hotel. We had to checked out on our 2nd day even if we booked for 3 days People from the front desk were unfriendly and you to pay for everything like extra pillos and

The food quality prepared for myself & 12 guest (lunch)very inferior quality. i also invited 7 guest for (dinner). This was the worst Pancit, lechon kawali, I have ever had!I I spoke to the hotel manager both times. I did a review already! I'm surprised hotels.com did not post my comments. The room we had for 6 days was very dusty( top of mirrors, pictures were not a regular taskin. A/C filters very dirty,ants, roaches, poor maintenance, shower does not drain adequately, toilet seat missing bolt to prevent falling off. I discussed these comments to hotel Manager Lov......a. I left my number for her to reply to me. She never replied! She needs a lot of retraining of employees. DO NOT SCREEN NEGATIVE COMMENTS! DON'T ask anymore!

We stayed here as recommended to us by a local. We didn’t have a towel in our room so have to ask for it even they have a sign outside the bathroom that guests shouldn’t use towels to clean bathroom. Was sweating the whole night because air conditioning wasn’t that good. We have a king bed with 2 pillows. Really?! Found a cockroach in the bathroom and under the sink was a giant hole. Hot water wasn’t that hot at all. The only thing that was good was the staff. They were nice and friendly. Just stay away from this place if you don’t want to be disappointed. Go somewhere else.

Hotel managent must improved their maintenance of the hotel to ensure that customers will have the best experience. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location very peaceful .Closed to robinsons place if you like to eat for lunch and dinner .the breakfast of the hotel not sufficient for me , Breakfast at the hotel for fish and rice is too small ,it's just for kids meal . Everytime I ordered fish and rice as if I'm having kiddie meal breakfast. That's the only frustration I experienced at the hotel ,

Pleasant stay except for non provision of dental kit which is available for a price.

This was a decent hotel to stay at for a night on our way to Islas de Gigantes.

The rooms were very nice , they should make a note all rooms are the same size , I booked a Suite and expect bigger room , just different décor. There free breakfast need help , my family which there was 10 of us. Surprizing how small the breakfast was after we ate there we went out for breakfast again. They shouldn't include breakfast at all. Just charge for it and serve a larger portion.
