Better then what you get in the US. Pool was under going Maintenence but they were working on it. Alot of places to eat. The TVs do work with Apps, thats all i use anyways ,plus a functioning YouTube for guests. GRAB app works great too and smoking in the pool area. Cant really complain at all especially not for the price. Thanks Vera!! I'll be back definitely.

Room is dirty, the bathroom smells, Not just In 1 room but In all 3 rooms I booked. The bed sheets have stains, room for 6 but they only provided 2 towels, when we asked the front desk for extra, she said she cannot leave the desk as she was the only staff on duty — no guard, no housekeeping. When we checked out - they charged me for CLEANING FEE! I told the registration staff about my complaints, she even agreed with me that the rooms are not well Cleaned And that she gets these complaints all the time. But they Still have To charge for cleaning fee. Also, parking is HORRIBLE. They only have spots for about 7 cars, the rest has To find parking on the Street, if you can find any. We are not booking here again.

TV in the room didn't work (even when I asked for a remote, I was told that none of the TV's in any of the rooms worked). No towels present...had to ask for it at reception. A kettle in the room but no mugs. Air Con worked thankfully but was so old and noisey, we couldn't sleep. Also a lot of issues with the room booking through hotels.com and I ended up having to pay extra. Also the swimming pool was shut, no warning of this prior.

Staff were very helpful. However the hotel was run down, and the room was very dirty. Bathroom smelled of urine, taps were filthy , dirty sheets smelly coveree co ered

From talking with the staff, property has just changed ownership. There are many unfinished jobs that needed fixing like yelephone

Staffs were great, but one security guard was asleep on the job at the front door when I came in late night. HOT WATER PLEASE!!!!....it took a long time for the hot water to come out...the reason being?, the hot water heater was broke and the staffs had to shuffle me around room to rooms and from this incident, I became sick for couple of days.I even told the maintenance personnel what problem was, and the next day?, still nothing. SINKS....I'm 5'6' it was cumbersome for me to use their bathroom sink and I have been in different rooms(across from mine and 1 on 1st floor), if you're a tall person this is not the place for you.

Stay at Vera hotel was very relaxing. The room is large with comfortable bed, easily controlled temperature and large, modern bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Was not able to eat at the breakfast buffet, so cannot rate how it is. The only down side was there is no lift. The hotel has only 3 floors, but stairs are steep and could be difficult if person has difficulty climbing.
