Excellent Service!!!

Clean, good ambiance

the room is very narrow and small, room make servises are poor, for longer (1 week) stay.

Great and quite place, but the beds are to small for my taste, but over all it’s great place to stay with couple or family

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Property is nice, cozy and quiet. Dining area is overlooking the lake which is quiet and very relaxing. Staff are very professional, courteous and kind. Breakfast is ok. They should update a little bit like providing hand towel in the bathroom. There was no bath soap except for 2 very small hand soap. I asked for 2 bath soaps and they gladly gave me 2. Bed is very comfortable with 2 pillows. Back door (emergency door) is always open which I find it uncomfortable and our room is just next to the back door. Door knob is broken( missing door knob inside) Otherwise hotel is great.

The stay was good until the next day of our stay. They did not clean our rooms, made the bed and I have to pay extra for the beds to be changed. They said it was because they needed to be told ahead of time due to security reasons. I told them it was not mentioned on our check in. The saving person was the receptionist Gela who tried her best to changed the bed and accommodate our request.

Very convenient location off the highway and across Paoay lakre clean, room is spacious enough. Staff pleasant and professional.

All the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience.

This property was very nice, and the breakfast every morning was yummy and convenient. The staff was very accommodating and met our every need. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours was a plus. We stayed at the Bellagio Hills on our last visit, and enjoyed our stay at the Veranda so much more. We will probably return to this property on our next visit.

Good place to relax and de-stress. Far from almost everything and situated beside a lake

The place has a homey feel. It’s like you’re home. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast overlooking the Paoay Lake. Big room/bathroom. A little upgrade in the bathroom faucet will be great. Overall, very highly recommended.

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. I like the dining area, its ambiance; tranquil; i like the antique displays. I would go back here.

I recommend this place to stay. It was quiet and very clean, and had a fun atmosphere with all of the antiques decorating around the place. We liked the body wash and shampoo provided and the good hot shower. Very comfortable bed as well. The only drawback was the lack of any English speaking movie or news channels

The Hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner and there's not too many restaurants around to choose from. Air condition does not work. Staff are very nice and helpful, very accomodating.

The property is clean & well maintained. If you have your own mode of transportation, this is a great place. A quiet retreat from a day’s adventure. Beds are comfortable and it comes with free sumptous breakfast. Also have a great view of Paoay Lake. The cons: it is only walkable to Paoay Lake, other than that you need to hire your own transportation. The hotel also do not have a restaurant so if you come late or hungry - your only option is to walk across and get some Japanese food.

The picture shows the accommodation block, which is situated behind the cafe/restaurant. The cafe has marvelous views of Lake Paoay. This our second stay at the hotel and will probably stay there again next year. I like the peace and quiet although we went in January which is very out of season so we virtually had the place to ourselves.. They have revamped the menu from last year and it still favours the excellent local food.. Breakfast is Filipino style which can be westernised a little if that is not to your taste. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful which is a commonality in all the hotels i've stayed in the Philippines. We slept very well and our room was spacious and clean. We will have no worries about staying there next year.
