No proper ventilation, very small room at its price point.

The stay is superb! Thank you, we will book again. The room was nice and spacious

Horrible experience. 1. Expecting room for two has bunk bed as what they uploaded in the page. 2. Extra mattress cost P500 a day which is too much and doesn't come with a pillow and extra blanket. 3. Towel they provided is like a comforter which can't absorb. The smell is like it never washed as well as the linens. 4. One of the staff is condescending. I know their rate is cheap but I at least expect clean room and hospitable staff. You better book in the city proper, I will not recommend this to my friends and family.

The room was good enough for the price as compared with the other transient house but the rest room is a a bit unhygienic.

The room is clean but the bathroom is very smelly all throughout our stay. That is the only let down.

Okay naman yung place. Peaceful and near Camp John Hay.

I had pleasant and smooth stay with my daughters and wife highly recommended near to camp john hay with lots of activity have great exterior and shopping store and if you like a quiet place a little bit away from the city this is a nice place nice owner and friendly staff had a pleasant and happy Stay🥰😍🤩 I love to shop in their preloved store got bags and shoes from it

Ok naman naging stay namin, nice for the cheaper price. Mahina lang yung tubig sa faucet pero ok naman sa shower and bidet. If ever makabalik ulit ng baguio isa sa choices ko parin ang Vista de Pino if where to stay.

This place was awesome. We had an amazing stay here. Aside from its 10 to 15 minutes walk from Camp John Hay, it has a church and police station nearby. There were also a lot of food stalls/sari-sari stores around the area. Staffs were very accommodating and they have the cleanest rooms. Also a nice view from their veranda. Not to mention they have the cheapest room accommodation. Definitely will come back soon. It 's a yes for me! Who.

Though our stay is just very short, I would say we had a very good experience here. The caretaker is very friendly and approachable. The room and restroom looks clean. Since this is a transient house, we didn't expect a complete amenities. This goes well with people who just like a place to leave their things while roaming around the city. This place is very near camp john hay, burnham park, night market, wright park, mines view park, botanical garden and victory liner bus terminal. If you have a car, the space is limited so I don't think you could park in front of the house but the house is very near loakan road where you could hail a taxi or jeepney.

The care takers are so nice and hospitable. They really assured my comfort during my stay. I highly recommend this awesome place to stay.

Actually.. Medyo satisfied lang kami... pasok naman sa budget and accessible. Ang pangit lang or mga bagay needs improvement is yung ingay... Maingay yung paligid (for example may kumakanta, rinig na rinig mo sa kwarto since yung wall is flywood lng or even yung mga nag housekeeping sa second floor rinig mo pati yung pag pagpag nila ng foam at unan). Kung pagod ka at gusto mong mag rest... Di ka pwede dito.

facilities are extremely poor, very far from the session road, toilet stinks, bed sheets and pillows are low quality, toiletries are poor, no customer relation for the staff, breakfast is poor, you will regret going to this transient. Do not waste your money!

Blankets doesnt smell good, it's like it used already. We were told we have to add extra 200 pesos because the room that we booked was already taken by someone and we werent notified ahead because of system error. Room is clean but it doesn't smell good.

All good except for the beddings. They smell bad.

Pros: The location of the place is quiet. Price is good for backpackers. Cons: No free water/coffee it needs to be paid. Change of bedding/toiletries needs to be paid. Improvement: Mattresses should be cleaned thoroughly and make sure no stink smell.

We are a bit late in our checkout due to heavy rains, but they are kind enough to let us stay for an hour. the place is great if you want peaceful, mountain scenery of baguio. walking distance from camp john hay trek. though they can improve on like including toiletries, towel, and at least electric fan in the room. all of these need to pay for extra.

Very accomodating si kuya na nag assist sa amin. Tsaka no extra fee sa kid na kasama ko. Nagdala pa talaga siya ng extra bed. Salamat po see you next time. Actually twice na ako naka check in sa vista de pino still very low price and very good ang room.
