The pictures are better than the actually room. I was only there to shower & sleep so not so bad. AC worked fine if door is kept shut & the pool & service are great. Restaurant food is good & relaxed hangout area. Very quiet from the street & is around lots of restaurants, bars & clubs.

Two bath towels for the 3 rooms I booked. It was raining hard on our last night. Ceiling was leaking where the lights are. There’s only fitted sheets on our bed. Restaurant is closed, water dispenser is outside the room. The only good part of the hotel are the Staffs, specially Michele.

Vivo's location is one of its advantages as it is right at the busy part of General Luna. It is clean, and their staff is responsive. Internet connection on the other hand is a point of improvement. Even in the rooms, you can't get decent mobile signal.

I would give them the highest rating very clean nice accommodations

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Location is excellent. Room was basic and a little worn in places but spacious and everything worked properly. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. The water refill in the common area was a nice touch. Excellent value for money.

Amazing Hotel in Siargao, i would belive this is one of the top 3 hotels in General Luna, Siargao. The Service is nr 1. The restaurant is nr 1. Their pool and pool area and cleaniess is nr 1. Their room are good, clean and made my stay really good. One of my best stays in all of Philippines. Thank you!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The restuarant was good. The location is good with lots of other shopping and food in the area. The wifi doesnt reach the rooms but the common area is very nice for wifi. The bed was comfotrable and aircon was great. The only issue was the hot shower. It never seemed to work. We asked the staff and they would adjust something that made it work temorarly. For a nice hotel they should have a shower with adjustable hot water. Overall the vivo inn was good and i would reccomend it. You wont be dissapointed.

Vilket skönt hotell! Ligger riktigt bra till i General Luna. Rummen var fina och rena. Personalen på detta hotell var helt outstanding. Så trevliga och behjälpliga. Restaurangen var god och deras drinkar var också supergoda. Kommer helt klart bo här igen nästa gång jag åker till Siargao. Det enda minuset är väl att det inte riktigt var någon power i duschen. Men gissar att det inte är deras fel. Ligger säkert hos någon annan.

The room was basic and no TV but clean they upgraded us the last day to queen room because the room we paid for was below the standard. the pool was great. staff helpful.location next to restaurants and shops.

Mang Roger - the owner is very accomodating and gave us good suggestion on what to do on our date of arrival at 9:30 am which was too early for check in. We immediately doo 3 island hopping. When we came back from the tour, our room was ready and aircondition was already on and it was very relaxing entering your room cold. Our room no. 6 is big enough for us. Breakfast was delicious for only less than US$4 per day per person with a lot of choices. We highly recommend this hotel because of its location near to many restaurants and near cloud 9 by tricycle.

It was nice staying in Vivo Inn. We were there ahead of the check in time but since the room was already free and cleaned they've checked us in earlier. The staff and even the owners were very friendly. They answered our querries and we even heard them suggest cheaper alternatives to other guest. The only thing that is missing is a rag outside the comfort room. But overall the experience in the hotel was really great.

If you are planning to spend most of your time out of the room, this may be ok for you. Breakfast is not included and neither is coffee. The room has no TV and half the time we had no hot water. We walked up looking for the front desk and had our baggage in hand. It was obvious we were looking to check in. We asked a younger female if she knew where it was. She stated, "Right here" and was actually the employee. She talked low volume and got us set up as if it was a bother for her to do so. We joked that she "really made you want to stay there" and what a first impression that was. Also, the advertisement makes it appear you're on the beach... you're not. You're on the other side of the road. There is no pool and there is no view from the room. Overall, highly disappointed with this place. We paid for the room in advance and were still ready to leave halfway through for another place. The only reason the staff got two stars is because of the older couple that I believe ran the establishment. They were at least friendly.

It was very accessible, close to the road and all the other places you need to be. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The moment we got our keys, room smelled fresh and is very clean. The only thing that i wasnt a fan of was the wi-fi connection in the rooms were bad so we had to go to the cafe but overall it was a very nice stay and would love to check in with them again.

I booked a bunk bed in Viento De Mar which was already confirmed by Hotels.Com. Surprisingly, they called me informing that they overbooked. So, I called Hotels.Com and they transferred me to Vivo Inn. I got a private air conditioned room with own CR good for 3nights for the same price. It was a comfy stay in Vivo. Thanks Hotels.Com.

Lazy staff and manager, they prefer drinking coffee and laugh the whole time instead of buying food for the restaurant. we stayed 9 days at the property and they had never fresh fruits, never main cources and the breakfast was also ridiculous. Room was clean after two timed asked, no television available as on hotels.com written.

+ Spacious rooms,location next to restaurants - lazy staff, in 8 days they never had fruits, shakes, food from the menu just breakfast, cleaning staff did it just every second day and not , how on hotels.com written, daily, to expensive room rate just basic interior
