Good place to stay while in Cebu.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Well Hotel. My only gripe was the street noise at night only because im a light sleeper. The smaller rooms like rm 301, 401, 501, etc are off the street and seem more quiet.

Good everything run Smooth except for the Keycard twice I Went back just to change the key card,
And what Happen She move me to the other Room and Good the Doors Open
I just Say “OPEN DOOR”
The Hotel was in the middle of the City, I Can walk to the Colon street, Jeefney’s every where food are Around the Corner, Fuente Osmeña are walking distance,
And everything was Good

The hotel is located in Cebu's midtown so anyone with business in the area may find this an added value. A few observations though, there was no doorman to help me with my bags at all. And it took a bit longer for the front desk to retrieve my booking. I also think they should invest on good pillows. The pillows are uncomfortable. Part of getting a good sleep are good pillows.

I love to stay in this hotel. 2 stars but I feel like this hotel give me more. The room is very nice and clean. Breakfast menu is so simple, but its okay. Taste good! The staffs are so friendly and kind. But the wifi signal is very bad in my room. Hotel location is quite strategic, near 7-eleven and so many restaurant near hotel. If you are lazy, just order some food from hotel's cafe, it tastes so good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s within the city and provides easy access to alot of establishments. It’s not pricy and the awesome buffet breakfast is a plus.

the hotel is perfect. elegant and nice...we feel comfortable, friendly staff and when it comes to the cleanliness, i gave it 10 for the perfect score... it was great experience. amenities is complete..have a personal refrigerator...

It was, overall, well. The room though was quite dusty. You could smell it from the beds and the curtains and I had to wipe the floor with baby wipes. The towels smelled chlorinated and didn’t seem newly washed.

It's my 2nd time to stay in this hotel because I find it very nice, good location and very affordable with buffet breakfast. Their room was good but they should try to fix their aircon because it was not functioning well, even if the thermostat was very high it didn't give enough cold to the room, and also they should fix their remote control or position the TV box properly because I have to get up in the bed in order to transfer the channel because the remote control was also not functioning well. All in all, I had a good stay. only the TV and the aircon should be improved. thank you

Can't complain for the price. The room was more spacious than I expected. Bed is comfortable, enough storage and bathroom is good. Issue was the phone in our room was broken.
