The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel to no one. Don't go to that area please .

No room cleaning daily.

Bed hard as a rock, no toiletries. No toilet paper, the toilet work half of the time. The pillow were non existing. You can hear thru the walls and the staff constantly checking on the room. Do not recommend . I won’t ever come back here

It’s a motel for quicky encounters

This is my to go to place when business traveling, lately they have been cutting cost no more comp toothbrush and paste, room service is downwards asked for a ac remote promised to bring never got one, Given one towel I two accommodation charged for two. Do not know how long I will be going here.

Problem with Expedia texted with agent to have booking changed to Feb 25 said not to worry booking was never changed ended up as a no show wasted the Expedia booking

The photos online are not of this hotel they may I own a different hotel that looks like that but it’s not the one In Cubao. The one in Kval is not good at all it’s more like A dirty SOGO or something GOOD for taking your side girls there to cheat the wife lol. Unless you just want a cheap place for sex I don’t recommend it.

The room was superb really clean and modern, and the lobby was cozy too

The reason the service was poor because the battery on the door to open with key card was dead I had to call staff to open every time and wait. I asked to be moved to another room and was told full, however this was not the case and the room next door and opposite was available. I was told the battery would be fixed the next day and wasn’t I shall not use again this hotel

Conviently located in Cubao. Walking distance to Partas and other bus terminals. I arrived at the hotel around 3am and was allowed early check-in for 1000 pesos. 2 adults and 1 child. Was given a whole floor to ourself. Noise from the traffic is pretty loud, but thats the same for every hotel near the bus terminals in Manila. Clean room, friendly staff, will stay here again and i recommend to anybody that is looking for a hotel in that area

It's convenient, bit dangerous to walk around cause peoples sleeps besides the roads at nights, not recommended for foreigner to stays
