Room had bugs and got multiple bites. Air conditioner caused sinus issues. The filter probably needed to be changed.

Hotel was decent, but power outage everyday, between 3pm to 4pm.

Room was very clean. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort. Breakfast was very yummy too!

Det er helt okei frokost det er mer søt mat og varm mat en vanlig frokost for europeere. Personale er hyggelig og hjelpsom. Var har masse forskjellige drinker og bra sørvis. Romet er fint å romslig. Kan sitte ute og henge tøy til tørking. Sengen er god.

Tout était parfait, l’emplacement, la chambre, l’hôtel en lui même et le personnel.

The hotel has the potential to be good and the room was good but the food was a big disappointment and over priced. The morning buffet was always half empty and coffee was terrible. We paid well over 1000 pesos per person for a special Christmas buffet which was also half empty and the quality of the food was poor. Also for a hotel with more than 100 rooms they have 4 cabanas and 1 sun umbrella.

Beautiful resort. Loved the options of 4 pools to choose from. The room was spacious and offered wonderful amenities. The breakfast and dinner staff was very friendly and accommodating. In particular, we appreciated their focus on naming allergens in all their dishes. That made it easiser for my son to eat safely and comfortably. The design of the rooms and facilities are beautiful, the color schemes, textures of the materials used and lighting fixtures.

Overall it was a good experience. I wish there’s healthier breakfast options in general. Also maybe more staff to support dinner customers need. Theres one night where dinning room staff felt overwhelmed from all the guests coming on the weekend other than everyone was so accommodating. Spa staff was so welcoming and great service as well.

Overall a really exellent hotel, we are really happy with our stay.

A great stay indeed. From the time you enter the resort, the guests already have a positive impression. The entrance design & landscape, the water fountain and the cleanliness provides the experience that guests expect. The employees are very friendly and well trained. The amenities like the swimming pool and pool bar are my favorites. I like the spacious rooms and balcony over looking the bay. And the restaurant especially breakfast provides great selection. Definitely will stay here again.

no wifi muskito in the room even we never opened the window could not sleap no water pressure in the shower would not recommend

The waiter at Z bistro Val is very nice and excellent service provided by him the entire dinner meals we had there at Zuri

Everything about this hotel was amazing.Staff fantastic and so helpful.Clean and tidy and one of the best places we have stayed in our travels overseas. Don’t even look at other places as this was the best you can get.
