The washer and dryer worked well for me. Very spacious and I could comfortably work in the unit. On the other hand, the service was short of expectation. They did not refill or replace the shower gel or shampoo. I ran out of the gel. They removed the towel and I had to ask twice for a new set of towels.

Great location minutes from the old town, castle and river. Friendly staff and nice well equipped apartment. Thought we were getting a twin room but it turned out to be a double. Staff quickly provide bedding for the sofa bed

This was a wonderful experience, the apartment was like new and nicely decorated, close to the main sites to see in Krakow and the staff was most friendly. We will sure be back again.

We did enjoy our stay. However, the shower was not draining so we had certain issues with the bathroom flooding over. We also had issues with the safe in our room, it was broken and our
stuff got locked out, however this was fixed by the receptionist (Thank you)
Once again, although the hotel was lovely, we also had issues with air conditioning as the room was so incredibly hot but due to no windows being in the bathroom, it literally felt as though we were suffocating there from the heat, and it was so hard to turn it down. Overall, it is a clean area and they do have very lovely staff, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Aparthotel Best Views was a very nice hotel. Built for longer stays as there is a kitchenette. The room we had was large and the photos of the rooms are accurate.
Two restaurants nearby, The Gavi and The Oserangie are very good with the Oserangie being a rooftop restaurant.
The Wawel Castle is a few minutes walk away.

The apartments are clean & in a great location. However we did not expect to have the same towels for 4days!! No refill of tea bags & coffee sachets or toilet rolls. I asked at reception for refills & was given for another two days.
As a side mention we were using the sofa bed which was obvious as it was booked for 3 people - the bed was not made or even pulled out ready to make.
None of these issues are massive but would have just made our stay more enjoyable if we hadn’t had to keep bothering the man at the reception.
