旧市街中心にほど近い非常に便利な場所にあります。古い家を改造したような造りで、古い家具などの調度品が落ち着いた雰囲気を醸していますが、エレベーターがありません。朝食はごく普通で、スタッフはとても親切です。週末など、外で騒ぐ声が聞こえることがあります。Wi-Fiが使えるのは便利でした。

This place is so cute. It was clean and comfortable, but still had some character. Convenient and great communication! We were so surprised and delighted when they let us know that our room was available several hours early.

The room had everything a typical 3 star property would have. It’s in a central location just a few minutes walk from the main square. The property was off a busy street but since the room faced the courtyard the street noise was minimal. The hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived, the manager did their best to rectify the issue. At times we could hear other guests talking loudly at night or transiting back to their rooms. Would be helpful to have night hour signage. Overall it was a decent stay.

Kort vei til det meste i Krakow sentrum. Helt gjennomsnittlig rom, med det du trenger for et par dager. Det er gammelt, men sengene var ok. Takk og lov for aircondition med 20-30 grader når vi var der. Manglet kjøleskap, og badet var veldig slitt, med løse/ødelagte armaturer. Negativt at det ikke ble vasket de 4 nettene vi var der, selvom de hadde vaskepersonal. De byttet søppel én dag fordi vi spurte. Innsjekk er ikke tilgjengelig hele tiden, men man kommuniserer på whatsapp. Vi bor gjerne igjen, om prisen er rett. Ingen luksus, men helt ok. :)

All we needed was somewhere to put our heads and the was clean tidy but basic but fulfilled our needs. We would definitely book here again, after all youbdont book a room to spend all day it do you..

This hotel is basic but good. We had the quad room and it was 50 steps to the 4th floor. Room was very spacious, shower was excellent and beds very comfy. Right on main pedestrian area. Good historic looking stay

Great place to stay rooms were comfortable and clean definitely will use again great location great communication when I did message only thing that needs to change is somewhere to store luggage though they did let us use the room until 1 pm to store luggage but need a room for a bit longer as we had a evening flight but don’t let that put you off

Such an inviting and beautiful room. I loved the older furniture and how at home you felt there. Super easy to check in and out and had everything I needed. Great location!!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were ‘greeted’ by a very miserable receptionist. The code for the door didn’t work and she kept rolling her eyes when we asked for help. Eventually, after a phone call to another member of staff, she realised she had told us the wrong entrance and finally we got into our room. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The bedding however wasn’t great. The sheets covering the mattress were 2 single sheets and didn’t even cover the bed, meaning we were sleeping on the actual bare mattress! The location of this hotel was excellent, but we wouldn’t return due to the terrible customer service and mediocre bedding.

Super convenient location for the main square, rooms are basic but fine if you don’t plan on spending much time in them or need more than a shower and bed.

Good , very spacious but furniture is mostly damaged

Muy buena ubicación a un precio muy bueno. Buena manera de hacer el check-in a cualquier hora con un código de seguridad que te envían por mensaje y que usas para abrir todas las puertas. Como punto de mejora, la limpieza es un poco escasa y las camas muy antiguas. En general me gustó y repetiría.

Great place!

Aprahotel is perfect for the solo traveler. It was difficult to locate. I had to ask for directions multiple times to get there. If I had know to look for the Thai Massage sign, I would have found it. The room was great for just myself. Private, clean bathroom. Only downside was the bed. Very firm as the mattress is kinda thin, and with only a dovet cover at night it got a bit chilly in the room. No complains as I like my sleeping cooler.

Great location but disappointing rooms. We had 2 rooms booked. One had a terrible odor. There was no one on site to help. I emailed the contact. I was told the older buildings sometimes have sewer issues. They did have another room available, so we switched to it. The 2 rooms we ended up with had no odor. Beds were not comfortable, no thermostat, no shelving in shower or bathroom to hold personal items. We had planned to stay there again after a brief side trip, but cancelled and book elsewhere.

Enkel men mycket funktionellt rum vad avser utrymme och säkerhet (kodlås i tre dörrar för att komma in på sitt rum efter kl.20.00). Oerhört centralt beläget, med ca tre minuters promenad till Stortorget i Gamla stan och fem minuter till det kungliga slottet på Wawelkullen samt sju minuter till en riktigt genuin polsk restaurang, Pod Wawel. Bra pris också.
