i stayed this hotel for three nights and i really like it. the location is good, easy to access from the airport and working distance to the main market. the room had cleaning service everyday. breakfast menu doesn't change at all but it was okay

ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食はブッフェスタイルで朝6時から可能。内容もよかったです。歩いて30秒のところに小さなスーパーがありますが、11月11日は独立記念日のため、お休みでした。祝日は観光地でもお店は閉じていることが多いので要注意です

Good value for your money. Dining options are limited and have to walk about 10 min to find good eats. Breakfast is standard and not a lot of options.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. The rooms ect were clean and crisp. The staff: The young ladies working when I came in were pleasant and the house keeping young lady was full of smiles. The young gentleman working there literally could not be bothered. I asked him if he could please call me a cab when I checked out, because I dont speak the language and I was traveling alone. I have had such bad experiences with upcharges in Poland. Most of the taxi drivers don't use meters. They just tell you what they want to charge. Anyway, he did reluctantly call. I did give him a tip for calling which he did look surprised by and he did seem to appreciate it. It should not be such a big deal to call a cab for a customer. Anyway, The Grot Hotel in Malbork were soo nice and accommodating, but many places are not. I will never stay there again because you don't want to feel like a burden when you pay good money to go somewhere.

Staff was very nice and so was the breakfast buffet. The room was very cramped. The bed was extremely uncomfortable…The pillows were like sand bags. The comforter was way too thick(The AC barely works and with window is locked shut) and they don’t use fitted sheets on the bed. With my tossing and turning I wind up sleeping on the mattress cover. The only two nights I slept well was when I was drinking booze.

Mit unseren Aufenthalt in Krakau und besonders in diesem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schon gleich am Anfang hat uns der Rezeptionist gleich ohne Aufforderung ein sehr schönes und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer im 1 Stock angeboten. Auch mit dem Parkplatz waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein interne Mitarbeiter ist extra mit uns raus aus dem Hotel gegangen um uns den genauen Standort des Parkplatzes zu zeigen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde der Parklplatz während unseren Aufenthaltes extra für uns reserviert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch wertvolle Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung haben wir bekommen. Frühstück haben wir 2 mal genutzt und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem was man geboten hat. Nochmals vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels für den schönen Erlebnis und Aufenthalt.

Séjours de 5 jours à Cracovie Accueil remarquable et disponibilité immédiate de la chambre malgré une arrivée à 12 h au lieu de 14 h Hôtel parfaitement situé à 3 minutes d'un arrêt de transport en commun ou passent de nombreux bus y compris la ligne direct de l'aéroport En proximité de la Vistule Hôtel calme , récent avec un personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service Petit déjeuner dans la tradition de la Pologne Il faudra oublier les croissants et pains au chocolat mais vous pourrez largement vous faire plaisir Hôtel que nous recommandons également pour son rapport qualité prix Seul regret , l'absence d'une chaine de télévision francophone

Great hotel

Fantastisk hotel, good location, short walk to city. Only thing we missed was a fridge in the room ☺️ But over all perfect experience.
