1泊の乗継の宿泊でしたが部屋も広く、朝食もも美味しかった。

客室は清潔で、スタッフのサービスも良いです。

空港の目の前なので搭乗に遅れる心配がありません。飛行機の音も全く聞こえず大変静かでした。ボトルと炭酸水ある給水装置があり便利でした。

I thought it was excellent that there was a wide range of breakfast options other than bread, ham and yoghurt, and also that there were a number of cooked salads available in addition to raw vegetables.

ワルシャワに再訪することがあれば必ず利用したい。とてもよかったです。

空港が近くとても清潔

空港ホテルなので交通の便は良いのは料金内だと思います。しかし，それ以上のメリットはないですね。マリオット系ですが，1泊3万円超えのホテルで飲み水が無いのは初めてです。空港ホテルですから，深夜チェックインもあるところ，水くらい備えて欲しかった。また，空港で購入する物品は，マンハッタンより高額です。ファストフード1人でも4000円位になります。仕事以外で，ワルシャワ自体，行くべきではない。過去の遺物はほとんどなくなっています。ゲットーでさえ跡形もありませんよ。別の都市にしましょう。

冷蔵庫の中に前の客の食べ残しサラダなどが入ったままで気持ち悪かった。 ホテルは空港から歩いて直ぐ、設備が新しく良く、無料の水や炭酸水が飲めるので便利。

ベビーベッドは宿泊前とチェックイン時の2回リクエストしたが持ってきてもらえなかった。スリッパも1人分しかなく、足りないので下さいとフロントにお願いしたが持ってきてもらえず。

Perfect for a flight the next morning

The staff was really helpful. Helped with the luggage all the way to the airport. I was with 2 kids and 2 big baggage. Thank you!!

Nice, convenient hotel. My only complaint is that there is no real control of the AC unit. We were hot.

I paid for a Deluxe Room w/ a king size bed. Got there, and they gave me a handicap twin size bed room which is obviously smaller. When I pointed out that the room was misaligned, they said they had full capacity and couldn’t change my room. When I asked for refund differential of the rooms (as I was clearly not getting what I paid extra for) they said they weren’t able to do it because they couldn’t help if they were fully booked. I sent them an email to customer service (email provided via front desk) and they said to try to have it figured out via that way because they couldn’t help. I still have yet to receive a response to my email. I remained professional and understanding. I just would like some compensation since I paid for something I didn’t get. The hotel room was amazing, clean and simple. Perfect. Paid for the breakfast buffet as well and that had outstanding options. Loved that it was right across from the airport too.

Positive: Clean and comfortable room close to the airport. Negative: The staff was rude. We were talked into buying their hotel breakfast and was told it was only 109 pln. So we agreed and purchased it. When we got to breakfast the next morning they told us that we had to pay another 129 pln if we both wanted to eat since the front desk only charged us for one. They would not reimburse us so we were stuck paying the extra. For that price we would have ate in town. Then to top it off they never opened the omelette station, even after we asked repeatedly. I’ve never had such bad service at a marriot.

The hotel is new and modern. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Restaurant is great although many of the chairs in bar area are not a good height. Rooms are clean, new and very tasteful. Extremely quiet. And of course this hotel is across the street from departures so it as convenient as they come.
