Very traditional and classic. Enjoyable stay

Unser Zimmer 163 war bei Ankunft kalt und trotz laufender Heizung wurde das Zimmer nicht warm. Auch das Restaurant im Schloss haben wir beim Abendessen als zu kalt und zugig empfunden. Am zweiten Tag öffnete unsere Schlüsselkarte die Zimmertür nicht mehr, die Rezeption konnte nicht helfen und wir konnten nur mit dem Generalschlüssel der Reinigungsfrau in unser Zimmer. Nach unserer Abreise erhielten wir vom Hotel eine E-Mail mit Beschuldigung, wir hätten unsere Restaurant Rechnung nicht bezahlt. Da ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte, konnte ich diese Anschuldigung wiederlegen.

We were going to check in and the front desk lady was great, after discussions with her we upgraded to the castle about 200m away and it was amazing. However we rode horses at this location and enjoyed the great pizza and beer. The whole property was very quiet and enjoyable, grass needed to be mowed but still amazing. We also enjoyed the stable employees and riding horses. loved our stay in the castle as well, overall great experince.

Beautiful location and beautiful room. Towel warmer in the bathroom and plenty of shampoo and such. Very friendly people both in reception and the restaurant we ate at. The food was amazing too. Separate blankets for each side of the bed which I love!

I was charged for parking and it was supposed to be free (even in their in room booklet). I had to complain twice to get the refund for parking. Also bed sheet was simply soiled when we tried to go to bed at about 22:30. We had to call to the reception and eventually after 23:00 someone came and replaced the dirty sheet on the bed. Breakfest facility was full of flies. It was very annoying to have a meal there when you were constantly bothereed with flies. I would NEVER stay there again.

This was a very unique overnight stay in a georgous environment. Hotel and Personal were amazing. I love to come back again.

Was mich sehr störte das es keinen Hinweis auf Parkgebühren gab. Und 20 zloty pro nacht sehr teuer sind

Pokój obszerny, ale skromny, wydawać się mogło, że za tą cenę będzie o nieco wyższym standardzie. Słabe żarówki ( ciemno - mało światła), hałasy z kotłowni - na szczęście trwały 15 min. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne choć pieczywo twarde.

Freundliches kompetentes Personal, unkomplizierter Check-In, saubere gut ausgestattete Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden mit Sicherheit bald wieder vor Ort sein. Danke an das gesamte Team.

This was a lovely gem of a find. We booked late after a change of plans and were really pleased we did. The local area is beautiful. The rooms comfortable and the breakfast was very nice, as is the food in the restaurant. Our only issue was that we had to go to the main castle to check in.

Når man kommer frem til receptionen Er denne lukket.... Hængeskilte eller noget, frisører at ringe på det oplyste telefonnummer i booking reference, år der bare er en polsk telefonsvarer besked. Hjælper ikke meget når man kun kan engelsk, tysk eller dansk. Efter lang tid lykkes det at få kontakt med et andet besøgende par, som kan fortælle at man skal 800 meter væk for at henvende sig i slottets reception. Men så gik der selvfølgelig også en time er det.

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobra i przyjazna obsługa. Standard zgodny z ilością gwiazdek, kompensowany ceną. Śniadania dobre (jedynie dziwi brak wody do śniadania, jest kawa lub herbata, co przy rodzinach z małymi dziećmi jest lekkim problemem). Panie z restauracji chętnie przygotowywały n.p. odpowiednio wysmażoną jajecznicę. Generalnie polecam.

Sehr schöne lage .Preis Leistungs Verhältnis zu zufriedenstellend. Vielsaitiges frühstückbufet. Nach gewissen Renovierungsarbeiten im Bad und an Fernbedinungen- Empfehlungswert.
