Amazing location just steps away from the Market Square, restaurants, clubs and all the sightseeing. Hard to figure out how to get in the first time. The access is confusing. Could do a better job at decorating, covering the big windows. Half of the chairs in the kitchen were wobbly and one of the showers was draining very slowly. Construction throughout the hollways leading to the property. Would I use it again? Probably yes, just because of the location and eight persons apartment option.

Great place. We stayed with a family of 4 in Apt. 13A. Big, clean, modern place. AC works perfectly, instructions how to get the key wee timely and clear. Elevator works well. The location is amazing

renvoyé dans le passé. Appartement vétuste qui ne répondait pas à la réservation effectué. Appartement avec un lit double et un lit simple contrairement au descriptif qui précisait 3 lits simples. De plus la salle de bains et le reste du logement mérite fortement d’être rénové.

Really nice flat, massive in size and very central location

These apartments are perfect for a short stay. They are a little dated but that does no take away from the positives. No problem with check in and no issues during stay. I’ll recommend these apartments to my friends.

Well situated property which was spacious. Only complaint was the double quilt was tiny and curtains transparent so we had a street light shining in our room all night

This property's location is excellent. Otherwise, the apartment was not great. Three main complaints: First, the pictures have nothing to do with the apartment. Our apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms are okay, but definitely run down. For example, our shower doors didn't actually fit the shower so they left a gaping hole so you had to be careful not to spray the floor. Just don't expect bright, shining, decor -- it's not there. Second, the check in process is online. So a few days ahead of time you get a random email telling you to click the link to check in and asking for passport info and stuff. I was completely uncomfortable with that and decided to wait to check in in person when I arrived. Except, there is no reception to check in at. (Maybe they have a desk that is open for a three or four hours in the afternoon but I didn't actually experience that -- just heard about it). This means that I arrived without any check in information and I had a heck of a time checking in without decent cell reception and the weird online check in in my junk mail folder which I couldn't access on my cell phone... Third, because there was no reception desk, I was unable to complain about the drunk teenaged boys who were staying in a room above us and were throwing toilet tissues onto our balcony. Also, the really thin walls kept my son up all night with a different group beside us -- drink teenage girls. Sigh.

Sadly there were several issues. 1. Arrived at 8.30pm. Reception closed at 8pm. Night porter starts at 10pm. A two hour gap of no check ins. Ridiculous! 2. The night porter's phone was on silent so didn't notice my numerous missed calls. One job to do! 3. The apartment doesn't live up to the photos. It was very tired. All the taps were loose, as we're floor tiles. 4. It was very warm in there but only one fan.

Check in went fine, parking, i got lucky, thats the only way to get a good spot near there, there is NO hotel parking. The building is odd and we had to walk around it to get to the door for my room. There is a remodel happening so out in the halls is a bit messy. No elevator. The room was huge and had a great kitchen and was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but were ok. The cleaning lady was a little mad at us for staying past 10....we got tied up at lunch waiting-non an order. The location is great. The price is good for what you get. I would stay here again based on location and room size. I recommend better mattresses and German style blankets. Also there is a washing machine , you will need soap and i dont think its a dryer also.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und auch die Betten scheinen mir durchgelegen oder zumindest viel zu weich zu sein. Zudem scheint der Abzug der Pizzeria irgendwie immer für Pizzageruch zu sorgen.

Jeśli noclegi we Wrocławiu, to tylko w tym obiekcie ! Gorąco polecam, genialna lokalizacja (blisko rynku, ale za razem nie słychać głośnego gwaru) , super warunki mieszkaniowe, dobra komunikacja z personelem. 8 dniowy pobyt to była sama przyjemność ! Nic dodać, nic ująć. Można się poczuć lepiej niż w domu.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo mily pokoj

I was unable to go because of the corona virus. I wanted to get hold of the property to change my booking to next year but they refused to answer any phone calls or messages from both me and hotels.com. I’m totally disgusted that I have to pay full price for the booking even though I wanted to change it to next year.

Very convenient location - close to restaurants, shops and Christmas Market

Good: great location to the centrum. Bad: it was very loud and hot and probably could've used a touch up. We found it kind of hard to find at night. The receptionist was nice and helpful and the underground parking is a plus.
