Overall, it was clean. Above all, breakfast was terrific. I will definitely stay again if I had a chance to visit to oswiecim.

Medium size hotel that is quite new. Everything is in great condition. Great quality rooms (very comfortable bed and shower) that just lack a small fridge. Restaurant was closed on a Saturday was kind of strange. Due to its proximity to the Auschwitz-Birkenau site there were many noisy school children.

Great breakfast. Next to river, nice walking trail, great for birding. Breakfast had variety and very good.

The location was OK, clean room but the reception staff were unhelpful with poor attitudes ( the guy at the bar was very nice). The breakfast was marginal and parking was not marked, was an extra cost and a few blocks away. No hotel character - would not stay here in future.

Good location. Free breakfast included, good selection of items. Try the choco cake. Bed was very high. Room did not have fridge. Close to bus for train and other attractions. Friendly staff.

The hotel is nice, but it was my worst experience at a Hampton, because of the chaos/noise that a group of about one hundred teens did into very late hours, showing total disrespect to other guests trying to rest, shouting in the hallways, teachers not caring or not able to control them. I complained at the lobby and they said they would stop it but that didn't happen. If I knew I would have picked any other place

This was one of the most beautiful properties on our Europe trip. The staff were wonderful and the morning breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Supergoed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, keurige kamers, goede parkeergarage en echt heerlijk eten. Absoluut een aanrader!!
