I enjoyed a lot of restaurants and the atmosphere around the hotel. Nice location and a reasonable price.

Huoneet olivat siistit ja kauniisti sisustettu. Aamupala oli runsas ja maistuva. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Sijainti oli myös hyvä!

People were nice and I got exactly what I paid for.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Estera. It was right in the middle of the jews town, so convenient for food shopping, bars, night club, museums, old town (about 20 min walk). Everything looks brand new, fancy bathroom, bed, skylight ceiling, lots of space in the room. they have hot water pot, tea, coffee, etc. they have good food option too. we booked budget room and the rooms are little hard to get, it was 2nd and half floor, we had to ask 2 times how to find the room. staff were helpful, thanks

Jättefin vistelse, vi tyckte mycket om hotellet, lite slitet kanske. Bra sängar, hade dock velat kunna välja på olika huvudkuddar. Bra städning. Bra frukost, men vissa rätter som tex pannkakor borde varmhållas och det som ska vara kallt borde stå på kylplattor. Gott med direkt tillagad omelett! Hotellbaren stängde kl 22, i tidigaste laget. Personalen var inte översvallande trevliga, utan korrekt trevliga och artiga. Fungerade alldeles utmärkt med rullstol också.

Dejligt vedligeholdt hotel midt i det jødiske kvarter, hvor det er masser af tilbud og liv i gaderne. Dejlig morgenmad, og venligt personale.

I would say all of Krakow is unique, so this hotel fits right in. Lots of walkability to things, but you aren't in center town square of action (noise) which is what we wanted. Rooms clean, showers great and easy to figure out. Tip: If you need a cab to the airport when leaving, book the day in advance, not an hour in advance. My planning fail. Got the cab, but it was tense moment.

Es ist gut gelegen im alten jüdischen und jetzigen Studentenviertel. Direkt an einem auch nachts rechts regen Platz.

Good hotel in excellent location

Lovely stay comfy bed would stay again great location close to trams and great for restaurants easy to find staff helpful and polite .during stay the air conditioning had a bad leak it was sorted promptly.

For 4-stars hotel, it was really disappointing. No glass provided in the bathroom, so I had to use the drinking glass. But they never replaced it the next days, so we didn’t have drinking glass for the rest of our stay. Used coffee was also not replaced the next days, was left empty. I called reception for more drinking water and she didn’t offer to refill our bottle, I had to go down to the reception myself to refill the bottle. And most of the receptionists were very rude and unfriendly. Mattress was uncomfortable, the middle of the mattress has flattened. AC died in the night and resumed in the morning so it was so hot and I couldn’t get to sleep.

area was super lively which is something we enjoyed filled with young people right across the street from a meeting center with things for sale as well as street food. great restaurants all around and full of history and culture! will return!
