スタッフは比較的英語を理解してくれるためコミュニケーションは問題ない。部屋には金庫がないものの、貴重品はフロントデスク横で預かってくれる。トラム幹線の駅が至近で、ホテル周辺にはスーパーや酒屋、レストランがあり便利は良い。部屋はまずまずの広さ。朝食は可もなく不可もなく、という感じ。バスルームは若干狭く、洗面台も小さいのがやや不満。トラムが通る度にやや大きい音がし、部屋も揺れるのと、全体に設備等若干古さを感じさせる点が我慢できる人にはお薦めできる。

A great location. Breakfast is very good. Air conditioner works even when it was below 20 degrees Celsius. Rooms very quiet.

Place is little noisy. There is a train passing nearby. This hotel needs upgrade. Room was clean but outdated. Close to Wawel castle and old town. Good for 1 night.

Camera ampia con letto comodo, peccato per la moquette che rendeva cupa la stanza, bagno spazioso e nuovo. Bollitore con the e caffè in stanza. Abbiamo trovato la colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata. Nel corridoio al piano terra era presente un distributore di bibite e uno di acqua. Ben disponibili alla reception. Ottima la posizione nel quartiere ebraico con splendidi ristoranti a pochi passi.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, unglaublich freundliches Service, hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne wenn ich in Krakau bin. Frühstück jeden Tag frisch

This hotel is in a great position, 10 minute walk to Schindler's factory, across the road to the Jewish Quarter and 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and willing do all they can. The breakfast was a continental buffet: cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, cakes, eggs and more. As others have said the trams are noisy and we were at the back of the hotel and could still hear them . The rooms are well equipped and perfectly suitable for purpose, however, the walls are not soundproofed and we heard loud conversations in the next room and for two nights running, noises of a more personal affair - not great at 4am!

Staff were helpful. Bed was a little hard for my liking. But it was very clean only a 15 minute walk from the old town.

Staff was really friendly and a good breakfast. Unfortunately trams are noisy but price to pay for a great location with Kazmuerz square opposite

Hotel was more than adequate for our trip. Room was good with an excellent shower. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a huge selection and very fresh.

Forstly, I was a little disapointed on checkin and on getting to our room. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel/room looks old fashioned/dated. However, the rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon lovely and cold, fantastic high powered shower that was like a jet wash. Staff all friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping replaced towels/bedding etc as required. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. We were in a room at the back of the hotel, you could hear the trams passing on the road at the front of the hotel during the day, but they didnt wake us in the morning when they started running Negatives- Bed cover was undersized for the bed and curtains barely covered the width of the window so you always had light brightly waking you up in the morning However, overall it was a very nice stay, Krakow is lovely and if i was staying here again i wouldnt be upset.

Dejligt hotel, vi skulle kun bruge et sted at sove/bade og morgenmad. Vi kunne havde ønsket et køleskab på værelset og måske en bar☺️ Søde og venlige personale

Gute Lage. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung.
