We had a good stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a clean bathroom. The on-site restaurant and spa were standout highlights. The pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing since we chose the hotel for swimming for the kids. On the plus side, all staff were very friendly and polite, which greatly enhanced our experience. We’d consider returning if the pool is available next time.

Super clean and well maintained propery. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast choice. Close to the airport. Unfortunately, during my stay SPA and pool were not accessible due to the renovation work in progress. Higly recommend.

Trevligt SPA-hotell som passade oss på genomresa. SPA ingick i rumspriset och var till belåtenhet. Skönt att koppla av i en bubbelpool efter att ha kört motorcykel hela dagen.

It is potentially a 5-star property. Wonderful reception area. Absolutely amazing, spacious room, with shower, comfortable bed, TV. Excellent breakfast. My primary issue is that I checked in after 10pm and checked out around Noon. I was never able to use the sauna as a result. I paid double what I could have in Rzeszow in order to treat myself to the Wellness sauna and jacuzzi. But couldn't use it. I've been driving vehicles to Ukraine for a couple of months and was really looking forward to it. So dissapointing. The Wellness staff member was apologetic and very nice. Policy not the person is the problem. The sauna is not switched on until 4:00pm! And the jacuzzi water temperature was luke warm at best. The water in the changing room shower was much hotter. Very generous they allowed late check out late and store bags under the stairs. Just one policy to change - turn on the sauna. Even just one of them for hotel guests. Staff were great. Bus to city center not too bad, only 5 zloty, just have to walk around 2 roundabouts through traffic to get to the stop.

Came here before. Close to highway. Has indoor pool and fitness room, and restaurant. Great place to stay and recharge overnight.

Wenn man dieses Hotel bucht, sollte man ein wirklicher SPA-Freund sein, das das SPA-Center des Hotels ist phantastisch, und man muss auch in D lange nach etwas Vergleichbarem suchen. Man kann das SPA aber auch als Externer besuchen für 30 Zloty am Abend, tagsüber weniger. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, das gilt auch für die Nasszelle. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Alle vom Personal sehr freundlich, so dass man das Haus nur weiterempfehlen kann. P.S. Das WLAN hat immer einwandfrei funktioniert.

Czystość nie jest na najwyższym poziomie. Nieczystości z kosza nie usunięte w łazience po wcześniejszych gościach jak również widoczny grzyp w kabinie po przesunięciu drzwi

Bardzo dobra obsługa,smaczne jedzenie, wspaniałe SPA.

Zimno w pokoju, śniadanie marnej jakości nie polecam. Na plus lokalizacja - przy drodze szybkiego ruchu, nie trzeba wjeżdżać do miasta
