IRS ROYAL APARTMENTS - IRS Cztery Oceany

Newly freshly refurbished apartments in a brand new block of private apartments. Excellent localiton close to Gdansk public transport, shops, cafes and walking distance through a lovely park to the sea front with a beach and pier. Real shame about the attiture of the mangement towards the guests. Think carefully before you book if you are only staying for a short few days. They won't meet you at the property unless ypu pay extra. You need to take a taxi to suburbs to check in, at your own expense and time. We weren't watned and therefore not pleased. Any time you need an assistance which requires when to come up to you - you get charged extra. So called Customer Assistance number is answered during regular office hours which means that should you stayed for a weekend only- you are left to your own devices. Before you book a short stay- think and factor in the cost of " cleaning prior to your arrival" fee wich can amount to almost one night's stay! Still, we were requested to leave a disher running on check out - after we paid the cleaning fee! We did it just in case they charged us for not cleaning the kitchen after ourselves as well!! Most upsetting were notices threatening the quest with big fines/ police for anything from making noise between 10pm and 6am to "not using a towels as intended" and upwards of 150zl for each towel gone missing at check out (!!!) Overall lamentable attitute towards guests. I Will definately stay away from IRS apartments.

relativt bra läge, mycket dålig service, man behöver betala extra avgift för att kunna checka in i lägenheten, annars måste man åka till kontoret som ligger lång bort och hämta nycklarna. små detaljer såsom ingen handtvål, stopp i avloppet i duschen o.s.v. överallt varningar som hotar vad som hotell kan extra debitera för, de blockerar en viss summa på kreditkort under vistelse som ska täcka eventuell extra debitering. jag kände mig inte alls välkommen utan snarare disciplinerad
