外観は昔からの建物を活用しており趣深いが、内観はクラシックで綺麗だった。部屋も綺麗で広く、タオルも綺麗でアメニティーも申し分ない。ホテルのスタッフは一見厳しめに見えるが、きちんと対応してくれ、こちらの拙い英語にも耳を傾けてコミュニケーションをとってくれて親切だった。カジミェシュ地区にも近く非常に便利だった。治安も良いと感じた。

お部屋は広く、天井も高いしキレイでゆったり過ごせました。アメニティはさほどありません。スリッパもバスローブやパジャマもなかったです。それらは持って行っていたのですが、バスルームにはボディソープしかなかったので、向かいにあるスーパーで急遽買いました。 無料の、ペットボトルでお水もガス入りガス無しと2本ずつあり、飲み物には困りませんでした。シャワーの水圧が弱かったのも残念でしたが、基本的には満足しています。

スタッフはとても感じがよく、部屋も清潔。4泊しましたが、朝食は毎日メニューが少しずつ変わり、飽きずに楽しめました。無料の水が清掃のたびに補充されるのも便利。市街地からは徒歩15分ほどで、トラムも利用でき、総合的に満足度のかなり高いホテルでした。

This boutique hotel was tremendous amazing experience.. close to all amenities. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and very spacious. The room was very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our 1 night stay immensely. Highly recommend

Staff exceptional helpful and the hotel is in a great place to visit the old town and the restaurants and bars in the Jewish quarter. Hotel staff allowed us in the restaurant 20 minutes before it opened when we had an early morning start twice. Excellent customer service.

Spent 4 nights here. Lovely hotel with nice staff. Room was perfect, looked out onto street but we weren't disturbed by noise! Highly recommend staying here.

Ottimo Hotel a circa 1 km dal centro di Cracovia.

The staff were very professional and welcoming, no question or request was too much, which gave a great impression. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast on offer was well put together, enough choices for every pallette and quite delicious. Location of the hotel was very convenient - transportation, eateries, places of interest were within walking distance. There is a really lovely courtyard garden to just silent out and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights. The location was great. Area is safe and quiet. Near hotel was good supermarket. We was impressed, when we came to the room we saw a greeting letter and a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend to stay!

Had a lovely week staying at this hotel. It was tranquil and had a nice little courtyard to sit out in with a cocktail in the evening when we wer not out and about elsewhere. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious quiet and clean. Staff were all very nice. Located a short walk from both Kazimierz and The Old Town.

Reserved for 1 night but needed to add a second night, there was NO availability but the hotel refused to refund me the 1 night to go somewhere else, although I had paid $16 for “travel insurance”, so I managed to find a second night but we were forced to check out at 11 with all of our luggage and come back at 3 to check in AGAIN. VERY INCONVENIENT! The hotel is nice. No toiletries 😳 and its location is NOT pretty. It feels secluded. Yes, you can walk 10 to 15 minutes anywhere but we wasted a lot of time of our 2 days in Krakow doing all of that. I would stay closer to the old Town, but the city is AMAZING!

Excellent location close to transportation and a lot of tourist destinations and a variety of food in walkable distances. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
