写真では清潔で立派なベッドが見えますが、実際の客室も写真と一切遜色ない素晴らしいクオリティでした。セキュリティもエントランス、部屋、寝室と厳重にかけられています。キッチンは調味料が無いこと以外は完璧でした。立派なオーブンがあるので冷凍ピザが焼けるのも嬉しかったです。 一方で、アパートの変更とセキュリティで少しだけ問題がありました。というのも、予約した部屋のある建物と違う住所の建物に変更されていたので、気づかず変更前のところに行ってしまいました。しかし、ホテル側はメッセージで連絡してくださっていたので、私の問題です。 また、セキュリティのパスワードもメッセージで来るのですが、それが上手く理解できず寒い中エントランスで格闘する羽目になりました。しかし、ホテル側には一切非は無く、本当に素晴らしい所だったと思います。

Det fremkommer ikke tydeligt, at der er tale om en lejlighed med delt badeværelse og toilet. Derudover var rengøringen yderst mangelfuld. Der lå rester af halvspiste saltstænger, og der var pletter på sengetøjet. Selve værelset var fint.

A very good spacious room, with shared kithcen and bathroom with three other rooms, located just south of the river, the bars and restaurants beginning a few minutes walk away. Very clean and modern place, with the latest appliances and furnishings in both kitchen and bathroom. Lovely owner.....i can't imagine a better accomodation for the price.

Please avoid a fraud - credit card was charged multiple time and even 1 year later. Have booked this through Expedia over the phone who advised that airport transfer was included in price. Upon contacting Rainbow Apartments it was advised that it was not and I have to pay extra. After that my card was charged twice without any specific reason. Tried contacting Expedia and owner but both were really unresponsive and full resolution was never achieved. 13 month later they charged the card again from the same terminal. Worst service I ever came across in all time of booking from both sides.

I whatsapped with the property manager who arranged for an uber to pick me up from the airport. S/he also advised me on where to change money. I was given codes to enter the the building, the apartment and my room. When you leave the building, turn right and you'll find the bridge to take you to the other side (Jewish Quarter), where there is more going on. Right across the road from the apartment, there is an excellent falafel restaurant. There are also hiking trails to the left of the apartment as you leave. Take care if you have heavy luggage as there are 4 x flights of stairs. The apartment is modern and clean, but fairly dark, as the kitchen is in the centre. The kitchen is fully equippedThe yellow room faces into a small courtyard, so it is also on the dark side. It is also pretty quiet. Other guests were quiet and I hardly saw anyone. Overall, I liked the location and the apartment.

Enlel incheckning efter samtal med uthyrare. När vi kom fram blev jag orolig när jag såg utsidan o även vögen upp till lägenheten, men vad förvånad jag blev när jag kom in. En tip topp IKEA inredd lägenhet, med 4 rum, 2 toaletter m dusch och ett litet men fullt utrustat kök. Perfekt för 9 personer. Saknade dock ett sällskaps utrymme, men en superfin lägenhet med närhet till det mesta.

Arvostelujen perusteella piti olla hyvä kohde, mutta hyvää ei saa halvalla. Huoneistossa oli todella vahva viemärin haju, jota ei saanut millään pois. Huoneisto oli epäsiisti mm. Kortsun kuoria sohvan alla. Parisänky osoittautui parveksi. Tilausvahvistuksessa oli väärä osoite. Kuulemma Rainbow 1 apartementokselle. Meidän vika tietty. Kaveri ei suostunutl laittamaan oikeaa osoitetta ensin tekstarilla, mutta viidennen puhelun jälkeen laittoi. Kostoksi sitten odotutti itseään tunnin ennenkuin suostui tuomaan avaimet. Kämppä on varmasti nuorille bailuporukoille sopiva. Keittiö ok, samoin sijainti.

Very nice apartment, super location. Very friendly host. They have good discount in the winter time. Very good place for this price !!!

The hotel didn't exist we searched for several hours, asked locals and nobody knew it, I'd think twice before booking this hotel

Very nice apartment. Good locations is around 800 meters from the Wawel castle. Host very friendly and helpful. They organize trips to Salt Mine and Auschwitrz . We like it :-)

je n'ai passé que 2 jours a cracovie mais l'hotel situé à 20 min du centre ville m'a permis de voir beaucoup de choses. Je le conseil à tout le monde le prix est trés abordable la cuisine et les toilettes n'ont rien à envier aux grands hotels.

I recommended this place !!! Nice apartment , very clean and cosy. Only 10 min walk from Wawel castle . Apartment is located next to the river Wisla nearly old Jewish area . The transport from the train station is in cloud price. Rainbow apartments offer a lot of different kind of trips for tourist like Auschwitz,Sold Mine Thanks I come back !
