Wonderful apartments and a great team at Upstairs!
For those considering a stay, it’s useful to know that they provide luggage storage (for example, before check-in), as well as free laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer. You’ll even find a laundry capsule in the room, and the staff kindly explain how everything works.
The apartment itself was excellent: a comfortable bed with soft pillows, plenty of towels, toiletries, and tea-making facilities. The internet was reliable, and the location couldn’t be better — close to the train station and the old town square. There are several bars and a restaurant right downstairs, and a taxi pickup point is also nearby.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Many thanks to the Upstairs team for making our stay so convenient and for providing such clear instructions!

Location excellent just a couple of blocks from main market square. We stayed here last year and they have made improvements that were noticeable. Will most definitely book again in the future. Very close to excellent dining options.

Det lille værelse med lille the-køkken og udklappelig seng, var meget rent og pænt. Dejlig beliggenhed, midt i den gamle bydel.
Nem selv-check-in med koder, og da vi kom tidligt, fik vi adgang til et locker-room på stedet til bagage.
Køleskabet ville dog ikke rigtigt køle, men ellers var det en komfortabel seng.
Vi havde kun tre overnatninger, så den meget begrænsede plads generede os ikke, men skal man blive længere, ville vi vælge noget større.

Tres bonne situation, bien équipé. Mais les portes garantissant la tranquillité ne fonctionnent pas. Réveillée à plusieurs reprises par un individu qui frappait violemment à la porte. De mauvaises explications de la part de l'hôtel.

The fotos do not reflect the actual size of the rooms ours was a bit small although the bed was very comfortable on the negative side the drains in the bathroom did have a bad smell. The location was great right in the centre altogether we had a great time

Very comfortable apartment with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for this wishing to dine in. Very close a small grocery store Żabka. You are in the center of Old Warsaw. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. We were very happy with everything about this apartment

Great location and easy to get to anywhere within a 12 minute walk. Lots of options to eat nearby. The space was small but expected. Loved having access to laundry. Great communication from management and easy check-in process even when we arrived late at night.

Siisti huoneistohotelli hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa.
Taksin saaminen hotellin eteen vaikeaa koska alueella paljo yksisuuntaisia katuja, eli matkalaukkujen kanssa vesisateessa hiukan epämiellyttävää.
Hotellin alaovi oli koko matkan ajan auki, ilmeisesti alaoven lukko oli rikki mutta tämä ei onneksi aiheuttanut mitään turvallisuus riskiä.
