Service, rooms and breakfast

Everything was beautiful.

The rooms are not orgenized very well

Good location for the stadium and Metro. The only problem was the directions that went to maps on the phone were a little out

This incredibly clean and comfortable boutique hotel is situated in a trendy neighbourhood with a plethora of dining options ranging from a street food foodhall to michelain fine dining restaurants. The picturesque old town is a short walk along the river.

Nice new clean rooms; great location next to food hall, metro station, and the river.

An excellent hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. The room was very clean and spacious. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a coffee machine, flavoured tea bags and biscuits that the guests can help themselves to. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and 25-30 minutes from Central Station. En-route to these you pass through an area with many eateries of various world wide cuisines and bars.

Breakfast very good but the room and bathroom were a bit small. Strongly recommended

Erittäin hyvä hotellikokemus!

I was a solo traveller and stayed in a double room for 3 nights. The room setting is delicate and cute. It was well ventilated and air-coned - there was a wee heat wave during my visit. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right next to a food court, lots of cafes and bakeries, and groceries that open till late!! The underground metro station is right outside of the hotel, which can take you to the central/new town in a few stops. The university of Warsaw’s library, with a rooftop botanical garden, is one street away. The Chopin museum is 7-min by foot. A couple of areas that I hope the property could improve. I travelled from outside of the EU, and didn’t think I needed an adapter for charging my electronics, as many hotels and accommodations would have USB ports. Yet there is not any in this property. And it was very difficult to find an adapter in the shops nearby and in the city. However, the staff member went the extra mile and managed to find me a charger that’d work for my phone. I also thought having one wee towel or drying mat outside of the walk-in shower would be helpful. There wasn’t one. Every time after I showered and walked out, I unavoidably made the whole bathroom and bedroom wet and slippery.

Reception is unwelcoming. Location does not have direct car access.

Simple, easy to find. Beautifully well put together and hosted by absolute gems. Thank you for a great stay !

tutto ok. parcheggio non comodissimo, e colazione "lenta" ma cucinata al momento quindi molto buona. poche opzioni senza glutine. Letto ok, zona ok.

Good, they let us Check in at 3 am because we missed our flight and we’re really easy about it.

The rooms did not match the pictures during booking. My rom was very small. The staff did not notify us until checkout that coffee was available during the day.

Bodde her 3 netter med familie og samboer. Hotellet ligger sentralt til ved elven med tilhørende promenade, Copernicus vitenskapssenter og Elektrownia Powisle. Alt verdt å besøke og kan varmt anbefales. Ellers er rommene svært fine og luksuriøse, og utsikten mot elven er fantastisk å våkne til. Min samboer (petit dame) mente madrassen var noe hard, jeg merket ikke noe til dette. Frokosten er midt på treet, og jeg vil heller anbefale lokale franske bistroer i nabolaget som serverer fantastisk frokost/brunsj.

Hotellet var ok, men dörren var inte anpassad efter ramen till verken ingången till vårat rum eller till toaletten. Man hörde minsta lilla ljud utifrån korridoren, vilket gjorde att vi blev väckta väldigt ofta.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast

The property is in a great modern part of Warsaw and the Metra is right outside the front door. The front desk gal was very nice. The only thing I will say is that the rooms are small. We had 4 pieces of luggage and it was very difficult to find a spot and keep the room semi tidy. However, I would absolutely recommend this place due to its beauty and location.
