Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Western Camp after a day at Energylandia, a warm welcome at check in, our cabin was spacious and had everything we needed, bed was very comfy and shower was excellent. The camp had a lovely atmosphere and walking round was pleasant, did not use the pools or sauna, had a nice meal at Bonanza in the evening and breakfast was okay. The only negative was the land train back Energylandia was filled by a school group so other guests had no choice but to walk, I would have thought the school would have other arrangements to get to Energylandia but the walk was fine and took about 20 minutes, overall a very enjoyable stay.

The resort looks very clean and well cared for. Staff are always working in the park, raking leaves, painting, and trimming bushes. Everything outside is in very good condition. Breakfast has many choices like pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, salads, and English breakfast. It is more than enough to start the day. Sometimes the bread was stale. The music during breakfast was loud. Light a night club. At 08 in the morning. The rooms are fine, clean and the beds comfortable. Air conditioning units outside make a lot of noise inside, also from the neighbors’ rooms. There are no blackout curtains, so you wake up as soon as the sun comes up. The lights in the room are very bright, and there is no way to make them softer or to switch on only a few. The WiFi worked sometimes, but not always. Depends on your room I guess. The pool is only open from 16:00 until 23:00, which makes it hard if you like to swim during the day. Might be a season thing? Not sure. A good point is that people with electric cars can charge nearby. A fast charger is just around the corner in a supermarket parking lot, and in the resort parking lot there are normal outlets.

Western Camp is amazing and I would definitely go back. I was impressed by how well-kept the property is. Everything was very clean and organized. We chose a tipi because my little one wanted to "camp," and I was honestly worried about my choice. But the tent is super comfortable. It has air conditioning, which is great. Everything is clean, with quality bedding. The shared bathrooms are also always very clean and close to the tents. There were three of us, and I think four would have been a bit cramped. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I think that, since it's a property geared towards families and children, it could have had a playground with more options and a children's pool for younger children (there are two pools and a jacuzzi, but not suitable for toddlers). I was surprised by the availability of pool towels; I didn't expect one given the type of accommodation. Every night there was an outdoor movie and some children's attractions (face painting, balloons, etc.). Regarding breakfast, I read some less than positive reviews and I disagree. I think it offers a good variety considering the type of accommodation and location. The restaurants are okay. The food is average, not much choice (especially for vegetarians), but it's not bad, and it's not great either. I found it a bit pricey for what it is. Great point: the regular transfer to Energyland. I recommend it and will be back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful, I loved everything about this place, super clean, staff are very very friendly and speak great English. I totally recommend to anyone to take your friend group and go! Only downside is the pool ( very small pool ) but other than that all is great!

Was here for 5 nights with family. I am really impressed with this resort. The staff, especially Oliwier, at the front desk was superhelpful and ready to Assist in every way. Amazed how clean it was at the resort. Fun stuff for the kids to do. Two small pools, one jacuzzi, small “shops” on the resort with snacks, candy and beer. Two restaurants. The breakfast didn’t leave anyone disappointed. Many things to choose from. We will definitely come back to Western Camp.

Camp was very noisy, loads of groups of teenagers running around screaming and slamming doors, no respect for anyone and never a word said from their camp leaders.

A lot of people, quite noisy, every where are queens. Resort is in the town centre - by the main road and supermarket by one side. I don't think, that I will stay here one more time.

Our stay here was ok but lack of bar and gd seating area at night to unwind was a downside and staff were not to helpful to meet your requests and also breakfast was pretty poor with not even having a toaster in breakfast hall. Wouldn't recommend staying there but would be ok if you only wanted to stay for one night but would choose somewhere else if wanted to stay longer.

Hausboot war top, tolle Spielmöglichkeiten und Pools in der Anlage, alles sehr sauber und neu. Frühstück ebenfalls in Ordnung. Auch das Shuttle nach und von Energylandia war prima. Alle sehr freundlich. Was will man mehr für eine Vergnügungspark-Unterkunft!

Eine spitzen Anlage. Thematisch einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffett wurde immer leicht variiert und war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage zwischen Energylandia(gratis Shutte) und Zatorland -> optimal. Das Personal zum Großteil freundlich und bemüht. Eigentlich ein 5* Aufenthalt. Aber- es wird in der Vorsaison mehr wert darauf gelegt die Auslastung des Camps mit Schulklassen zu optimieren. Es sind Kinder/bzw. Jugendliche die ihren Spass wollen. Da die wunderschöne Holzbauweise jedoch fast jedes Gelsensurren durchlässt, hatten wir einmal sogar erst um 02:00 Ruhe. Am erste tag unterlief mir der Fehler glatt um 21:30 die Security darauf hinzuweisen, dass es laut ist wurde ich belehrty, dass die kinder bis 22:00 so laut sein dürfen wie sie wollen. Für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern echt furchtbar. Das Problem ist nicht erst seit heute bekannt, wenn man die Bewertungen auf diversen Plattformen liest. Die Türen gehen derart laut und wuchtig zu, dass man im Bett sitzt und denkt es gab ein Edbeben. Einfache Lösung - Türschliesser. Nächste Möglichkeit- die Schulgruppen entfernt von den besser zahlenden Privatgästen unterzubringen. Die Security könnte öfters durchgehen, das schreckt schon etwas ab. Leider bleibt am Meisten hängen, dass es keine erholsamen Nächte waren. Was sehr schade ist, da die Anlage wie bereits erwähnt spitze ist. So bleibt - einmal und nie wieder 😑

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Hausboot,es war sehr gemütlich . Das Essen war gut . Wir würden es absolut weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder buchen.

The boat house accommodation is amazing but the whole area is great with loads of activities and really friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is possibly the best we have had anywhere Wish we had been able to stay for longer.

Very clean resort with incredibly helpful staff and lots to do in the resort to keep everybody entertained! I especially recommend staying here for anybody wanting to visit Energylandia as there are some benefits and free shuttle.

I loved it here and hope to return with the remainder of my family in the near future.

Séjour de 3 nuits en Tipi. Très original et sympathique, confortable et plutôt calme en cette période. Zone commune extrêmement propre et agréable. Grand pouce bleu à toute l'équipe jeunes que ce soit la réception, les serveurs.veuses des restaurants, un grand merci a eux pour leur gentillesse et leur sens du service!

Leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort vom Zimmer nebenan und jeden Schritt vom Zimmer oberhalb. Ausserdem war eines von zwei Restaurants geschlossen. Dadurch war das Restaurant Abends überfüllt und überfordert. Und als es etwas später wieder ausreichend Platz gab wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Küche nichts mehr kocht, nur Suppe hätten wir noch haben können. Das Restaurant hätte noch 30 Minuten offen gehabt.
