The best location, great facilities, Super clean hotel, amazing staff and just the best breakfast you could possibly have. Highly recommend.

Hotel well located. Very clean spacious room. Very large bed and lovely bedding. Large sofa to relax on. Complimentary water. Couldn’t fault the room. Only thing was the view from balcony not great - overlooked a children’s playground but there were never any children so no problem with noise.

Check in was easy. Parking was off site, however, the hotel had a van which we followed to the parkade and there the fellow loaded up our luggage and brought us back to the hotel. Staff upon check in were excellent and very helpful in planning our activities around Faro. The hotel is modern but has a very warm and inviting feel to it. The hotel is extremely clean and the restaurant has a great menu with many delicious choices. The breakfast, which was included in our stay was great. Don’t miss it. We also received a free upgrade upon check in along with a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine that was brought to our room. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

The room was nice but be careful of the bathroom slide door I got trapped behind a faulty door. The staff were friendly and welcoming . Location of the hotel was good.

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Balkon. Auch das Bad ist großzügig mit barrierefreier Dusche. Das Zimmer wird vormittags sehr gründlich gereinigt und auch am Nachmittag wird nochmal vorbeigeschaut und z.B. Kaffeetassen ausgetauscht und der Kühlschrank kostenlos mit Wasserflaschen neu gefüllt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, so etwas sind wir sonst nur aus Asien gewohnt. Auch die allgemeinen Bereiche sind sehr gepflegt, ein besonders schönes Erlebnis ist der Aufenthalt auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über die umliegenden Dächer bis zum Meer. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, mit reichhaltigem Büffet und mehr als 10 Gerichten, die man ohne Aufpreis bestellen kann. Selten schreibe ich einen ausführlichen Kommentar, bei diesem Hotel muss ich aber wirklich sagen, dass alles gestimmt hat.
