最高だった

Hotellet var meget bra. Pent og rent, vennlig personale, god frokost og fint bassengområde. Kunne vært litt flere senger ved bassenget, men nok av stoler. Lå veldig sentralt og kort vei til alt. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Would recommend , central and very nice

The hotel was beautiful and staff fabulous. Although the hotel doesn't have its own car parking, it does offer the ability to park nearby. However, we couldn't park in the temporary spaces provided a couple of streets away to enable us to drop off our bags before moving the car to the parking. We therefore took the option to park in a free car park about 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was brilliant with cooked to order items as well as cold buffet, all of which were very fresh and varied. We would very much stay here again

Excellent hotel in Faro

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at 3HB Faro. We arrived on the 9th day of a 14 day trip. After climbing the hills in Lisbon and Porto we were ready for a relaxed break in Faro. 3HB Faro surprised us with a room upgrade, which included chilled champagne and a secluded patio with a jacuzzi. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and assured us that we could let them know if there was anything we needed. Most of our activity was outside of the property so we did not dine in the restaurant or use the fitness facilities. We did have drinks and appetizers at the rooftop bar, which we enjoyed. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spaciois. The toilet was its own separate cube separated by a frosted glass door. The shower had good pressure with the handheld showerhead or rainfall option. Plenty of towels, refreshed daily, and robes/slippers. The drapes and blackout curtain were button-controlled and kept the room sufficiently dark when needed. 3HB Faro is located in the main shopping and dining area, making it very convenient. Easy walking distance to the Faro Train Station, the Old City, public market, and the Farol Beach ferry if you want to spend some time in sun and sand. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at 3HB Faro, and with the friendly hotel staff.

Hotel incrível. Fui muito bem recebida e atendida pelo Ricardo que inclusive fez a reserva num passeio assim que cheguei, muito atencioso!! Toda a equipe muito atenciosa todo o tempo. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso!! Muito bem localizado, próximo a tudo.

Perfect all around

Wonderful 5-star. Staff are outstanding. Very service-oriented and attentive. I spent most of my time in Faro at the hotel. Good food, wine and weather.

Everything about 3HB Faro is impeccable, staff, room, facilities, location, restaurant - all of it flawless. Huge well done to the staff for the excellence they offer at every aspect of a visitor’s stay. We will, without question, be back.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers war super! Das Zimmer wurde zwei Mal im Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Parkplätze. Sie raten in den Strassen der Umgebung zu parkieren, die kostenpflichtig sind. Oder im Parkhaus welches 3 Min entfernt ist. Wir informierten, dass wir untertags mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Sie empfahlen uns bei ihnen eine Parkkarte für das Parkhaus für 15 Euro / Tag zu kaufen. In der Meinung wir hätten dann einen gesicherten Platz im Parkhaus kauften wir die Karte. Es stellte sich dann aber heraus, dass wir, wie alle anderen Nutzer, einen Platz suchen mussten. Dazu kam, dass, wenn wenn wir jedes Mal eine Ticket gezogen und bezahlt hätten, wir viel weniger bezahlt hätten als mit der Parkkarte über das Hotel. Dies ist unfair den Gästen gegenüber. Hier erwarte ich eine ehrliche Beratung und keine Gewinn orientierte.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Except only one item to pay attention to. The property is kind of hidden and was difficult to locate by our uber driver.

Très belle chambre, personnel à l’écoute et accueillant, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, très belle piscine extérieure sur le toit. Par contre l’accès en voiture à proximité de l’hôtel est compliqué.

Beautiful hotel which is spotlessly clean and staffed by the most lovely people. My husband and I were discussing how lucky the hotel is to have such brilliant people. Everyone of them couldn’t do enough and it wasn’t “ forced” as they all were so naturally lovely. From the lovely lady who checked us in on arrival then the cleaners who were excellent. Then Ivanilda in the breakfast room who went out of her way to help us choose the beach / island we visited. Then she checked on us the next day to ask where we went and if we enjoyed it. The rooftop was lovely and the pool was freezing cold as expected for early season in May but was refreshing once in! The indoor spa area was really lovely too. Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Thank you!

Great location in old town. Helpful friendly staff. Room massive and comfortable. Beautiful rooftop pool area.
