Clean room. Good facilities

Great property in a very good area.

It’s hard to get an uber on the hill so plan accordingly. Surprising loved the space and high ceilings.

A very nice and clean place in a good location. The only inconvenience is the absence of dedicated parking spaces.

Great little apartment on the edge of town, 3 min goal to the centre of Loule. A bottle or 2 of water in the fridge for new arrivals wouldn't go amiss, but a lovely place & I'd definitely book again if in Loule, which is a great place

The room was very comfortable but basic. The location is excellent. Cons: I messaged the property twice prior to arriving because the Expedia checkin/out times and the times given to me by the property conflicted. I never received a response. So, don't expect any communication with the host. Also, they can't do anything about this but it must be noted that the property is LOUD!!! Cannot stress this enough. It isn't outside noise, it is from the halls and other rooms. My husband compared it to a college dorm! Also, no one bothered to tell us about the common area. They probably had coffee, etc. but we'll never know...

The location of the property is great. The toom was not suitable for two adukts and a child as the sofa bed was broken and not fit for use. The oroperty was tastefully decorated. The shower door design was too small to have a monsoon shower head. The stairs leading down to the kitchen are steep and sharp, so would caution anyone with small kids or elderly. The design and decoration is mostly good and tasteful. The bedroom floors have uneven wood pueces that are sharp under foot where it hasnt been sanded well. August 5th 2024

We unexpectedly needed a place to stay for the night when our flight home from Faro was cancelled and our taxi driver had mentioned how nice Loule was. We booked late at night and received detailed instructions straight away. The guest house is decorated beautifully and the communal space and outdoor area with pool was fantastic to help us get through a long day waiting for our flight. We loved Loule and the guest house was ideally located to explore. A really unexpected find that made a difficult 24 hours a lot more enjoyable, thank you!

Simple, chic and really lovely. The place is beautiful and renovated so tastefully without any unnecessary frills. Would definitely recommend for a romantic break or a family. Our suite was wonderful for a young family and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus too. As guests you are also made fully aware of keeping noise to a minimum in the hallways - walls are thin and sound insulation is not amazing as the building is so old, so be mindful that if you’re early to bed, you may hear others coming back to their rooms later than you. We also had a small problem with our shower but this was rectified almost immediately by the team - excellent service thank you!

Check in was horrible. Only received my check in email at 6pm on the same day of check in. The way the door close is not user friendly but luckily the people who worked there were super helpful. Except the check in incident i would definitely return there if i visit loule. Bedroom was stunning

El acceso al hotel horrible por no tener información del codigo por no haber recepción, luego de contactar con alguien del hotel se nos mando los codigos de acceso La entrada en la pagina de expedia era a las 14h y la salida a las 12h,se nos dijo que entrada 15h y salida 11h Llegamos a las 15:45 y de las 3 habitaciones reservadas solo 1 estaba lista las otras 2 en plena limpieza les quedaba todavia 1hora ,creo que para el precio de las habitaciones no es aceptable El aparcar en los alrededores es tambien complicado si tienes una maleta grande, en julio con la calor no es muy agradable
