Personale gentile, struttura a breve distanza a piedi dala Marina di Vilamoura!

No AC or WiFi. They will give you a remote WiFi if you ask. The bedroom was quite cramped and hot. Hard to get in or out of the door to the place... basically needed 2 hands which was tough if you carried anything. Like TP which they don't want to provide or cleaning supplies for the dishes you must wash but nothing provided to wash them with. Maybe a long term stay would be okay here but with no AC better pick your time of year for that

Mr Mme Bonjour , Médiocre ! a déconse Pas d'accueil , pour information : Je me suis déplacer depuis Lagos spécialement a l'hôtel App Algardia Praca Cupertino Miranda , Loulè / Vllamoura 5 jours avant mon séjour pour discuter et nous arranger sur l'heure de notre arrivée ! Nous avons trouver un arrangement avec la direction de la réception , 1.ére Surprise !!! Nous sommes arriver 30 minutes avant l'heure décidée et Malgré tout ceci, il ny avait personne , nous avons du attendre 2 heures avec plusieurs appel téléphonique jusqu a quelqu'un se décide de venir . 2éme surprise,!!! iI ma été exiger une caution de 200.- Euro ! aprés une longue discution et mon refu la réceptionniste a téléphoner je pense oui a sa Maman qui ma exenter de ce payement . 3éme surprise !!! la clés de la chambre une fois dans la serrure impossible de la sortir il fallait se reprendre a plusieurs fois et ceci a chaque fois pendant 4 Jours , la fenêtre de la chambre pendant mon séjour de 4 jours je n'est jamais réussi a l'ouvrir , un trou dans une porte , a l'entrée de la chambre sur le cadre (tableau ) pleins de poussière, la propreté laisse a désirer, le lit a une planche de bois sous le matelas , et grincement permanant , a la réception que sporadiquement quelqu'un , quand je suis partie a 11:00 personne une dame qui travaille a l'agence ma quel ne s'est quand viendras quelqu'un ok laisser les ici ,se que j'ai fait ! et tout ceci coûte 70.17 euro par nuit .sans déjeuner. Worst impossible, terrible Rude receptionist, old apartment, nothing working well, shower broken and terrible, no pressure. There no A/C, washing machine broken, mattress are horrible and old. Do not stay here, never again. Also they charge 200 euros deposit which is not on description. Don’t stay here!!!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I made it!!!

Basic accommodation at a budget price. Good location, 10 minute walk to the Marina.

I recently stayed at Algarve Apartments and would rate my experience as 3 out of 10. The cleanliness of the apartment was below average, and the bed was quite rough. Surprisingly, there was only one pillow per bed. While the apartment had a kitchen, I was surprised to find that I had to bring my own dishwashing soap. Additionally, there was no soap provided for the laundry machine or any toiletries in the room. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, with a quick 5-minute walk to Vilamoura. However, the check-in process was a hassle as they insisted on a non-existent voucher from hotels.com, making the process inconvenient and slow. What disappointed me further was that when I asked the reception for more toilet paper and a trash bin, I was told I had to buy them myself. Despite the reservation papers indicating a weekly room service, it never happened during our stay. Overall, while the location was convenient, the lack of amenities, cleanliness issues, check-in problems, and missing room service made my stay less enjoyable.

Extraordinária a nossa estadia. Um apartamento excelentemente organizado, limpo e cómodo. Iremos regressar certamente. Recomendo vivamente. Rodeada de supermercados, café e a praia a 15min a pé. Muito obrigada pelo acolhimento.

Vous entrez dans un appartement sombre.une télé vraiment ancienne des ustensiles de cuisine use abîmés rouille. aucune sécurité (alarme incendie et extincteurs) une remise en état est vraiment urgent !je vais me renseigner pour un dédommagement partiel.a bannir de vos séjours

C’était notre premier séjour à Vilamoura. En cette période de pandémie, la Marina et la résidence étaient déserts. L’hôtesse d’accueil nous a « upgradé » spontanément sur un T2. Nous avons été déçus par la décoration, très spartiate, et l’inexistence de produits d’accueil (le seul petit savon disponible paraissait même ridicule) et de nettoyage de la cuisine (un torchon en tout et pour tout)... Seule consolation, nous avons pu visiter le site archéologique tout proche en VIP😂👌

Good location close to marina. Bit of a walk to the beach but all accom is a bit of a walk to the main beach. great cocktail bar on thw walk along the front to quartiera.

Just perfect, what more can I say

Location was walking distance of the marina. The apartment clean but was basic. It could have done with some cleaning supplies like washing up liquid or small shower gel etc in the bathroom. Bed sheets were not changed during our week stay but they changed the towels twice.

cleaning was very bad, the floor was not washed, it was grimy, it smelled immensely dusty, the couches filled with dust. the cleaning crew showed up only one day in a week and I told them to come a little later, they did not appear again ... crockery and cupboards very poorly cleaned, rice scraps were in the cutlery drawer and crumbs in cupboards.

Quiet when I was there, and quite a bit of building work seemed to be going on. Kitchen and bathroom look recently refurbished (room 308), TV's old and only a few Portuguese channels to choose from. No pool or balcony and no air con just a fan. BUT its clean, the beds OK and its only a few minutes walk from marina. May not suit families, but if your looking for a cheap getaway and don't fancy one of the pricey Vilamoura hotels, then this could be for you.

Firstly when we arrived the entire building was covered in scaffolding we were afraid to leave our windows open! At night there was no lights in the corridors . On our last night one of our party who happened to be 70 years of age got stuck in the lift we had to phone an emergency number...in the dark! Eventually someone arrived and got her out it was a very traumatic experience! As for the apartment...ghastly! So stay well clear of this place!
