スーペリア アパートメント 1 ベッドルームに宿泊。 ベッドルームとＬＤＫが完全に分かれたタイプの部屋でかなりゆとりのある空間でくつろげました。 朝食にパン、オレンジ等を毎朝届けていただけたのがうれしかったです。 キッチンにも十分なスペースが確保されており、冷蔵庫、オーブン、食洗機のほか洗濯機もついていました。ただナイフは備わっていなかったため、調理をしようとする場合には使い慣れたものを持参した方が良いと思います。なお、洗濯しても干すスペースに乏しかったのは残念でした。 われわれはチェックインが夜遅くなりましたが、当日エクスペディアを介したメッセージにてドアの暗証番号を連絡していただきスムーズに入ることができました。また、子供づれだったため、前日にエクストラベッドの要否を電話で確認もしていただきありがたかったです。

An amazing location, beautiful spacious apartment, delicious breakfast brought to the door each morning, perfect launch spot for exploring Lisbon for us.

The appartement is very charming and well located to visit different parts of the city.

We loved everything about it. We stayed in the 1 bdrm apt. Everything was clean and beautiful. The breads and pastries delivered every morning was one of the highlights of my day! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location was great (albeit some street noise from the alley) and the fresh bread and breakfast items were wonderful.

Very nice stay. Especially liked the in-room breakfast in the morning! I’d stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and filled with light and fresh air from 3 terrace doors. The view was stunning. My highest recommendation. 5 stars!

Ótima localização. O prédio antigo n possui isolamento acústico. O banheiro alagava devido o box vazar água do chuveiro. Alguns diálogos ásperos com a recepção inflexível. Não me senti acolhido.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé, chambre (en l'occurrence Appartement 2 pièces avec balcon) magnifiquement bien décorée, literie parfaite, ultra fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner incroyable (pâtisseries locales, fruits etc.). Seul petit bémol, mais qui est la contrepartie d'une localisation au centre d'un quartier historique, le bruit des bars en contrebas, heureusement grandement atténué par le très bon double vitrage. Superbe expérience, personnel très accueillant.

Extremely loud all Night long. This is in the night club area so if your a light sleeper it will be hard to sleep. Everything else was wonderful the staff was nice and breakfast delivered daily was awesome so was the entire property.

Great location and beautiful space to stay in! We loved it so much. The daily delivery of breakfast items, each day the kids looked forward to the pastry bag drop off. The appartment is well appointed with comfortable linens and towels. We felt right at home. The decor was beautiful. The front desk was helpful and provided suggestions to places we can go with the kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent apartment in really nice neighborhood

We spent 7 nights in this wonderful hotel. It was absolutely perfect. The staff including the concierge and housekeepers were amazing. They left us items to make breakfast with the next day in the fridge. And brought us bread and pastries in the morning. There was a dishwasher, but the housekeepers took our used dishes away each day so we didn't need to use it. The laundry machine along with a dryer was useful. I will miss the excellent rainfall shower. The location was perfect; within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we're in Lisbon. It was like being at home, but better.

I'm a bit late writing this review but still wanted to stay how very much we enjoyed our stay at Ex Libris. This was our second visit (last one in 2018), and it did not disappoint. The one bedroom apartment we had was great- overlooked the church across the road and had a view of one of the famous trollies come and go. The upgrade in breakfast foods- which included bread, yogurt, cold meats, jams, etc- was a lovely way to start the day before the endless walking about we did. One of the highlights of our stay though, was the way Pedro one of the front desk concierge went out of his way to give us really helpful tips from places we missed visiting the first time we were there to excellent restaurants to visit that were not touristy. He always had a moment to talk, and always had a smile. Thanks so very much Pedro! They even made sure that our belongings in the apartment were secure when we told them we would be gone for a three day side trip to Porto. Aside from from a weird event, that we strongly believe had nothing to do with Ex Libris, the entire stay was great! I strongly recommend staying there.

A very comfortable,well equipped and quiet apartment in a great location, close to metros and the 28 tram. The staff were all friendly and helpful with restaurant advice. Well organised and tasty breakfast supplied each morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for central and first class accommodation. Stephen

Excellent option for Lisbon! This apartment style hotel is just the right combination of service and independence. The space is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We traveled as a couple in a one bedroom, but had our kids been with us it would have still been a great option. They have bigger apartments too. Comfy beds, plenty of room to spread out, and modern bath and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked daily with excellent breakfast items—the fresh bread being a super cool perk! There’s even a washer/dryer! The staff was available but not intrusive. The location is excellent. Easy access to public transportation especially buses which stop a block away, and is on one of the sightseeing routes with stop 3 blocks away. The metro is a 5 minute walk, and the waterfront and another main transportation hub is a lovely 10 minute walk. If you know “the steps” behind the train station in Lisbon, those are just 2 blocks away meaning all the cafes and restaurants are also very convenient. We were there at holiday season so the area was lit up beautifully and we had a choice of three different neighborhood Christmas markets to peruse and enjoy. Airport Uber was less than 20 euro and we were delivered right to the front door. No alleys or stairs to access the property. It is on a hill, but we didn’t find that particularly challenging. When we return to Lisbon, we will stay here again!
