Staff is wonderful and very hardworking (always seen doing something.)Always kind and very helpful! The hotel itself is nice and has good amenities such as 2 nicely sized pools, a bar, on site laundry services available and a balcony in all rooms. Overall, great stay!

Hotel tem uma concepção arquitonica que dificulta muito a locomoção interna, os quartos ficam distantes do restaurante e da recepção, exigindo deslocamentos por corretores com abertura externa, tomando vento e chuva, existindo pequenas escadas no caminho, o que dificulta a locomoção das malas e pessoas. Os quartos são amplos, a área das piscinas é bem grande.

Every single stuff there is not just friendly, but an efficient problem solver. The location is nice, not far from the old city or the beach, surrounded by a few delicious restaurants; pool was clean and nice, breakfast was very diversified with good quality. We needed to check out really early in the morning and “lunch box” were ready at reception when we checked out. Sheltered private Parking for 15 euro a day, safe and convenient. We were actually amazed by the quietness for such a big hotel with so many rooms and apartments for families with young children. To summarise, we enjoyed our stay in Lagos and will definitely come back again!

There were lots of good points about this hotel but it is not up to the standard of a 4 star. Good points - friendly staff, good food and drinks at snack bar, good sized apartment and balcony, clean room, great location for Lagos centre, beach, boardwalk and parking, nice pool area, plenty of sun beds, and well kept grounds. Negative points - the cleanliness around the hotel could have been better (there was a dead bug on the corridor for 4 days and dirty floors throughout). The pool could have been cleaner too. The breakfast was one of the worst 4 star hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had - very basic and limited, cheap juices, poor quality ingredients, no tables set up outside (have to get your own cutlery etc). This was surprising as the snack bar (same location) which you pay for was good quality although a little expensive. Both TVs didn’t work in our apartment and the fridge was temperamental. Also only a kettle, cups and one spoon - confusing as we had an apartment which is assumed would have some basic crockery. We got a decent price for this hotel so based on that and the great location I would stay again but don’t expect 4 star.

This is an awesome resort to stay at in Lagos. 10/10 stay my wife and I had. Great ammenities (pool, restaurant, full gym, sauna, game room) friendly staff, great rooms with A/C, easy to check in and out. Breakfast that we had included was fantastic.
Great location as well, less than a 10 minute walk to the centre area of Lagos where everything is. 10 min walk to Dona Ana Beach as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was fine just for a night, but the room they gave us felt like a basement and the external hallway to enter the room seemed like you were in an old hospital and the room was pretty dated. The breakfast was good, the pool was pretty cold so we couldn't enjoy it. Location was probably the best this hotel had in proximity to the old town. Overall not a 4 star experience at all.

Overall had a great time at this hotel. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of a kitchen area (there was only a coffee machine, kettle, and mini fridge) as well as the size of the room (they are quite small).

Property not as advertised - it`s old and dated, and pictures online very misleading. We did ask to be in an updated modern room like seen online, but they just don`t have any - they were quick to blame Expedia, and were very unhelpful.
Took 2 days to get dryer fixed, and the minisplits never did work properly.
My first review ever and my advice is to stay away.
Lagos has tons of alternatives.
