Great boutique hotel in Tomar. Parking was easy once we knew where it was. We had a rental car that was a little large for the narrow cobbled streets but thankfully the parking was well marked and easily accessed. Great honour bar facility and wonderful breakfast. Recommend this location.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located (the bus to the university stops right out front!). Parking was also pretty darn easy. We’d stay there again.

Clean room

No parking in front to unload bagages. Good instructions to access the hotel and the room. River view is room on the very busy boulevard. Not a quiet room. We had a very unpleasant surprise when a huge cockroach came out between the pillows when we got in bed. We spent an hour inspecting the entire room to see if there were more. Hotel management offered a discount on the cost of the stay. No refund was received and when I filed a claim with hotels.com, the hotel management denied me the promised discount. They have no integrity. Last word of caution, the description pertaining to the parking is false. There is no parking other than the street or parking lots close by.

Good location for the University and Ze Manel Dos Ossos. Be sure to follow the check in instructions they send in advance. On street parking has to be paid for between 9am and 6pm.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de tous. L'hôte nous a envoyer les codes de porte, c'était simple et efficace. L'hôte nous avait donner deux choix de stationnement à proximité un gratuit et un a 5 uros.

Great location as not too far to walk into the main town. Bed very comfortable and room very large and was very quiet. The room was nicely decorated too.

Convenient, clean, friendly staffs, great communication, Daniel and staffs were awesome. Parking, yes, parking, corner next to the Bridge and Joao is 530 euros per night ( municipal parking) Restaurants are just below, now if you are using the water is makes noises and I recommend that taking a showers or anything do it before everyone is asleep. No refrigerator, so if you have left over to bring after dinner. No chance.

Hospedagem muito boa, lugar bem tranquilo. Na rua tem 2 restaurantes, 1 padaria, 1 sorveteria e um bar.

Free parking is located 5 min walk away at a Convent or Convention centre (?) - it was super convenient. This was suggested to us by the Host - thank you! Location was great! Everything we wanted to see and experience was walking distance away. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and friendly.

buena situacion, un poco alejado del centro, pero mejor para aparcar. buen trato, el desayuno excelente y la atencion del personal muy buena, muy atentos siempre, de 10.

Very clean and nice decoration style.

Keep in mind that this property is in a very busy commercial area. There are lots of coffee, shops and restaurants along the sidewalk in front of the property. This is convenient for finding a place to eat. However, since this facility is not manned with a front desk, one has to check oneself in and out. At the time we were there, we never saw any staff or management. To get into the building and into the flat one must use three different lock codes. While there is some parking in the area, it may be full or unavailable. The night we were there there was a large music venue which was playing just down the street which played until 2 o’clock in the morning.

In jeder Unterkunft gibt es Positives & Negatives. Die Unterkunft hat einen genialen Standort & hat direkt daneben Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Appartment ist sehr schön dekoriert. Allerdings müssten die Gäste besser informiert werden, dass es keine Rezeption gibt & Sie die Zugangscodes per E-Mail erhalten. Für uns war es kein Problem, wir haben es direkt verstanden und sind problemlos ins Haus gekommen. Jedoch gab es ein Paar welches mehrmals geläutet hat & da das Haus so hellhörig war, hat jeder die Türklingel 50x gehört. Wir haben dem Paar erklärt, dass Sie Ihre E-Mails checken sollen, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Alles in einem, ist das Appartment für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

I have good things to comment about Archisuites and unexpected things. Nothing bad except the soap dish was missing from the shower. These unexpected things may be just fine for other travelers. First the good. The room is immaculately clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. A/C worked well and excellent bed on the firm side. The bathroom has modern fixtures that worked well. Great location. We had an issue with the lock to our room, partially our fault. The landlord was very responsive to show up and address the issue quickly. Now the unexpected. Archisuites should not be considered a hotel. It is a renovated apartment house. Therefore there are no hotel amenities. No lobby, reception, dining area, pool, fitness room etc. Upon entering, there is a small landing area and a stair case. 38 steps to arrive at our level, not great for us with luggage. The room has no fridge for keeping drinks cold. That's it. Still highly recommended for those that are suitable.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I never saw any of the staff. Letting myself in was strange but it worked. I missed having someone to ask questions. It was quiet. There were some cafes right next to us. The main bridge into old city was blocked for a bike and running competition.
