O café da manhã é excelente, todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O hotel em si é antigo e necessita de algumas atualizações, mas de maneira geral gostamos muito de tudo.

Bra rum med riktigt bra sängar. Lite dåligt städat men ok. Problem med hissarna men det löste personalen med att låta oss använda servicehusen. Bra och hjälpsam personal.

Hôtel passable pour un court séjour. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Le personnel est agréable. Chambre sans chichi qui mériterait une rénovation, mais elle fait le job.

Slitet hotell med 80-talskänsla. Rummet var slitet och gammalt. Förstår inte att de kan ha 4 stjärnor. Bra läge dock och säkert potential om omfattande renoveringar görs

Achei que poderiam ter mais opções de frutas e comidas naturais. A vista bonita. Meu quarto não tinha varanda….

Personal excepcional

O cardapio era okay, varias opções mas senti falta de mais variedade de frutas. Meu quarto não funcionava o ar condicionado e não tinha a vista que o quarto dos meus amigos tinham. Pedi para trocar de quarto e eles foram solicitos. As pessoas são bem simpáticas e solicitas. Fica bem próximo a orla e a praia. O quarto possui armario. O banheiro era pequeno mas o chuveiro e cama bons. Tinha uma agua que acredito que era de cortesia.

Beach view was wonderful. Breakfast hadca nice variety and coffee was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are not fancy but are nice and clean.

This hotel is undergoing upgrade and the completed areas look great. E. G. Breakfast room on 8th floor with great views of the beach. Reception and lobby bar all look good and nice new furniture. Disappointed that the bar wasn’t open so apart from breakfast there was no access to refreshments while sitting at the nice clean and comfortable pool area. Supermarket is a short walk to the riviera hotel centre to stock up on snacks and refreshments. The square behind the hotel has a lovely selection of cafes and the locals are there too. The underpass makes beach access easy as it’s opposite the hotel to the right. Beach is fabulous. Check which room you are allocated as the end rooms do not have a sea view. All had comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Super clean bathroom. We changed after one night and had to pay an extra 10euros per night. Definitely a convenient hotel for Lisbon, airport, Cascais and sintra. Local Ubers were great and train station was a short walk.

The breakfast is great. Nice to start the day. View of the ocean and partial sunset is great. Would stay there again. Staff was very helpful and spoke English .

A Disappointing Stay in a Severely Outdated Hotel I typically try to find the positives in any place I stay, but unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly negative. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this building—while historic at 108 years old—has not been maintained properly or updated in what feels like decades. The room had a strong, musty odor that never went away. The carpet was stained and reeked of mildew, and there was visible mold growing on the ceiling—a serious health concern. The air conditioning didn’t work, and with no proper ventilation, the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable at all times. Basic amenities were either broken or missing: the hairdryer was non-functional, the door lock was damaged, making it hard to feel safe, and the elevator was out of order, which meant lugging bags up several flights of stairs. The bathroom was rusty, outdated, and honestly felt unhygienic. The pool was dirty and uninviting, and clearly not maintained. Common areas felt neglected, and the entire building shows its age—badly. Old can be charming, but this place is simply falling apart. It needs a major, major renovation from top to bottom. Sadly, the photos online were misleading, and this was not the relaxing or comfortable stay I had hoped for. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
