We loved how safe it was and how everything was so conveniently around. The staff are amazing. Very quiet, family orientated environment. Many options great location five minutes away from the beach then you have the trails then you have the shopping in the city. Everything was very convenient. Great great great location.

This is an amazing five star hotel!

The resort was very nice. It was not as convenient and as fancy as described. The grounds were not as lush as shown on the website. The pool was great, the spa was excellent. It is not on the beach.

Seems like one of the better properties in the area. Quiet location, good if you have a car so it’s easy to park. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, hotel was clean. Some amenities out of service like hot tub, no heated pools. Room service food was okay. Overall good stay for the area and 4 star experience

Lovely facility, everything we needed for our family holiday. Any issues were minor and dealt with promptly.

This resort was much more catered to families than we anticipated. We found it quite loud most of the time. There was as a large soccer (football) convention staying here for the first half of our stay. Very few adult friendly quiet areas at all. The spa area was the only place and there is no service of any kind for the adult pool area. In fact the whole spa area was shut down for a private event one of the afternoons we hoped to use it.

Nydelig beliggenhet og utsikt. Bodde både i leilighet og på hotellrom, leilighetene er store og fine, men trenger både litt maling og vask av uteområder. Litt irriterende at det var oppussing rundt det ene bassenget fordi det gjorde at de fleste la seg rundt hovedbassenget og det ble veldig fult og travelt. Dette ga en en litt annen hotellopplevelse enn den man gjerne opplever på high-end resorter, med kamp om både solstoler og servering. Litt trist at det grønne golfområde var ødelagt, for å sitere min datter minnet det henne om tørke på savannen. Antar at dette skyldes at hotellet planlegger å bygge videre ut, men det ga et annet inntrykk enn sånn det ser ut på bildene og så ut tidligere.

Gorgeous hotel. Excellent facilities. Had a fabulous massage at the spa. Food ok, not quite 5* in my opinion, but ok. Pretty far away from Lagos and its beaches, car or Uber required but that was fine for us

The hotel property was conveniently located along a walking trail to Ponta de Piedade which was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only a few odds and ends with the room - our A/C did not work for two of the three nights (filter needed to be changed and wasn’t until we notified the sfaff), and both showers had malfunction (one flooded the bathroom, the other fluctuated in temperature between freezing cold and scalding hot). Otherwise we had a great stay.

Loved our stay! It was just what I was looking for. Quiet luxury, not pretentious but inviting, lovely amenities, staff and very well equipped apartments. My only minor complaint was there was a lot of construction nearby which was off putting at the sandy pool but it wasn’t very intrusive couldn’t be hard at the other pools

This hotel is expensive. Extremely. Drinks are expensive, food is expensive, and that’s fine. However, our A/C turned itself off every 20 minutes. This issue remained unresolved during our 3 night stay. It made for uncomfortable and troubled sleep. For such a pricey hotel, I would expect a working A/C in July. We had great conversations with Carlos, a bartender, and that was the highlight of the property. That being said, I would not stay here again. It does not have an accessible beach and is not walkable to town if you have trouble climbing hills. Additionally, they will not arrange a cab for you if you ask. I would try to find something more accommodating in the Algarve next time.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great rooms and facilities. Everything was fantastic except food. Food was average.

Heatwave across Europe and the entire hotel had no air conditioning. During the day was less of an issue because we were mostly outside but sleeping was HORRIBLE! Very difficult to sleep in 30 degree temps! And they said they could only offer a free (substandard) buffet for our inconvenience. Terrible customer service.

Nice place but not 5*. Our apartment needed a lot of maintenance.. the cleaning ladies seemed angry all te time. The lobby staff was nice. There’s no beach, what you think is a beach is in reality a sandy pool, which is very nice but not a beach. The pool bar was close under construction. It is a quiet hotel, lots of room, never felt crowded. No strict rules either.. overall a nice stay..
