Good location ! Close to the station. Room is comfortable and clean, there are 2 bath rooms in each floor so had no problem for using it . Breakfast was enough for me.

スタッフが丁寧に接してくれた。駅から近い。狭いが可愛らしい部屋だった。音か響くのが少々気になった。

Very traditional building is used. Interior is very comfy. I wanted shampoo and body soap.

1人で泊まりました。飛行機が遅れ23時頃の到着でしたが、スタッフの方がいらして助かりました。また空港から地下鉄で1本で駅からもすぐにわかりました。5分もかかりません。またお腹が空いていたので駅前のマクドナルドで遅めの夕食を購入しました。コーヒーなどの飲み物と食事が摂れるスペースもあります。朝食も近くのスーパーが8時には開いていますので購入し、コーヒーをいただきました。 部屋も広くてきれいでおしゃれです。またトイレやお風呂、キッチンなど共有スペースも清潔でおしゃれです。1泊しか取れなかったのは本当に残念です。 トイレが共有なので重なった時困りましたが別の場所にもあったみたです。 リスボンは食べ物がおいしいですし、また是非訪れたいので今度は早めに予約します。 ありがとうございました！

Honnêtement c’est la meilleure expérience que j’ai pu avoir dans une maison d’hôte. Je vous recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés. Le petit déjeuné est délicieux Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et pour finir l’endroit se situe juste en face de la bouche de métro. Si vous passez à Lisbonne réservez votre séjour là-bas !

Ich bin ehrlich, ich habe mir mehr erhofft, ich war in 2 weiteren Unterkünften in Lissabon, aber vor allem wegen der lauten Geräusche und dem daher rührenden Schlafmangel blieb mir diese Unterkunft negativ in Erinnerung. Zunächst positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man eine Karte nach Checkin bekommt und einem kurz etwas die Lage erklärt wird, das Personal ist sehr nett, die Zimmer sehen schön rustikal aus. Beim Frühstück gibt es gutes und schlechtes, ich denke es ist so OK für ein Hostel. Im Gemeinschaftsbad schimmelt es mangels Abzug oder Fenster, zudem steht die Luft immer, leider haben wir trotz Bitte vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer, via der Expedia Nachricht, eines direkt vor den Gemeinschaftsbädern und der Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss bekommen. Die Leute lassen immer die Türen auf stehen, um zu lüften, sodass man diese erst schließen muss, um aus seinem Zimmer heraus zu gelangen. Zudem sind viele Nachts laut, die Türen schließen ebenso wenig wie die Fenster dicht sind, sodass man alles hört. Vor allem doof ist das im Erdgeschoss, weil diese Toilette für alle im Wartebereich, an der Rezeption oder vom Frühstück genutzt werden müssen. Zudem wäscht das Personal dort Wäsche, nutzen darf man die Maschine aber nicht. Ein Klodeckel ist lose, und einer der Seifenspender ebenso. Wenn man nicht im Erdgeschoss untergebracht ist sieht es vielleicht besser aus, ich wundere mich über die positiven Bewertungen, ich würde empfehlen die Räume anders aufzuteilen. Das geht doch noch besser!

The location of this place was great, and the transportation is just around the corner. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed, but I was able to leave my luggage there for a couple of extra hours so I could take one last tour of the city. (: And I absolutely loved their breakfast! Now that I’m back home, I really miss it every day. They had everything you could possibly need, all ready and waiting for you as soon as you woke up.

The only thing I did not care much for was the separate bathroom facilities that would get too busy in the morning and in the evening. But I adjusted and the staff was great. I will go back next time. I’m in Lisboa.

Well recommended hostel , nostalgic century old building but well maintained.

Hotel is in a perfect location, so easy to get on various metro lines as well as buses. A supermarket literally 2/3 doors down as well as a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, they made it very easy for us to check in, find our room, and check out. The breakfast included in our stay was amazing too, the staff were constantly replenishing anything that was even a little low! Overall my friend and I loved it here and would absolutely stay here again!

The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Check in took only a few minutes. I would definitely consider staying here again

The hosts were very friendly. The room was very clean and the setup was aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was good considering the amount spent.

L'hôtel est vraiment charmant ! Chambre séparée avec douches communes, les douches sont tres propres. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La chambre est spacieuse, on entend la rue à cause du simple vitrage mais c'est normal dans un bâtiment ancien. Boutique de pasteis de nata à 2min à pieds ! Ligne de métro au pied de l'hôtel, ligne directe pour l'aéroport, et changement à 1 station pour aller dans le centre. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Schöne saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gut gelegen an zwei Metrolinien

I only stayed for one night at Chalet D Ávila Guest House, but it was perfect. The staff was super friendly, gave good advice for things to see, the breakfast was lovely, the building really pretty, the room had a decent size and the bed was comfortable. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, this is a brilliant place to stay.

Rummet och de gemensamma ytorna var rena. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till matbutik och metro

The cleanliness and the facilities, were top. Really good! The staff was always helpful and very nice. The breakfast was amazing!! The location is excellent because there is a mall in walkable distance and there is a subway entrance right in front of the door. Also, I know the area. It's a place to return, definitely!
