Tuve un error al contratar, mi intención era entrar Viernes y salir el domingo, y sólo puse sábado. No me aceptaron la rectificación. Tuve que reservar de nuevo el Viernes, en otro apartamento y hacer checking dos veces. Un sin sentido, además de cobrarme dos veces las tasas de turistas 4+4€...

Very clean accommodation, great staff who go above and beyond. Pool area is clean and tidy, although the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. The facility is in need of updating, in some ways this adds to the charm of the Portugese style of the apartments. The bar and restaurant was very quiet in April with no entertainment and closed at 10.30pm. The premises are out of the town and beach, Taxis are approx 7 euros to the beach and the nearest supermarket. 20 minute walk to supermarket and a good 40 minute walk into Carvoeiro. We were a 3 generation family of 7, we booked a one bed and a two bed apartment, they were spacious, clean and very good value.

The place was lovely however our main issue was that there was no wifi in our rooms which caused major problems.

Quase tudo muito bom, a única coisa é o wifi que não funciona nos apartamentos, apenas na recepção, daria 5 estrelas se não fosse isso.

Lugar excelente e bem localizado, recepção excelente e quartos muito amplos, habitação 6A. Melhorias para tirar nota 10 na próxima vez: A) Wi-fi não funcionou. B) Melhorar iluminação externa(rua) na frente da habitação.

This is a cute little resort although it is dated. The restaurant and bar on site is a bonus. The apartments are spacious. We stayed only one night and it was adequate.

Return to the place after the first positive experience. First received a two family apartment for one family incl 4 rooms split in two floors with the two bathrooms and kitchen. It's a local habit that guests have to buy dishwashing fluid by themselves. Hmm... this is strange since the cost would be minimal and would encourage the guest to take better care of the dishes. Lots of space. AC was not cooling properly and TV programs disconnected all the time. Great outdoor and indoor pool areas. Second visit to the place one day later we received two room family apartment with kitchen on the 2nd flr. AC not much better and 'fresher' air. Site offers possibility for tennis too. Two courts in perfect conditions, but where are the players. Free parking at the site great, but guests should respect that each parks their car in front of the apartment door. Once paroking sport per apartment. Looks like this was too demanding for some guests

For the cheap price we paid, we were very pleased with our stay. Pros - spacious apartment, good shower, indoor and outdoor pools, basically equipped kitchen, kettle, hairdryer on request at reception, excellent maid service, fresh towels daily, shower gel and hand wash provided in bathroom, lots of drawers and cupboard space and hangers provided Cons - dated decor, sofa bed is not great even for 2 kids to sleep on, kitchen could have had some basics such as a scouring pad and washing liquid, oven difficult to use, uncomfortable mattress on bed

We were close to a road. Plus the villas behind our apartment had a guard dog that barked constantly.

Location for Carvoeiro / Portimao is excellent. About 50 minutes out from Faro airport. The property is in need of a little repair / maintenence and updating. However, the team on site are excellent and value on site is great. We would stay again and hope that some of the updating has progressed. Really helpful arranging hire car*, service at the restaurant and bar were excellent. The town of Carvoeiro which has some fantastic restaurants is a 10 minute drive/Uber and the supermarket Apolina and Lidl or Aldi is only a 10 minute drive/Uber away also. All in all a really nice stay for a one week family break. *for our family the conveneince of a hire car was essential. However, Uber prices are very reasonable and may save you against the cost of a hire car, the responsibilty and the hassle of dealing with airport hire car locations.

Cute place overall. Very removed from other places, so was not able to get our pastry for the morning or any fresh fruit. They are very eco friendly, have a garbage bag for all recyclables, which is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, but VERY dated. The furniture was warped, which made it look bad, but a sanding and a coat of paint would have worked wonders. I would stay here again, but definitely would prep for not being near a mercado, etc.

Wonderful place to stay. Restaurant was great and staff were very helpful. Only complaint is lack of wifi in the apartments, but could still get it in the common areas.
