スタッフがフレンドリーで、レストラン、買い物も近くに有り、非常に、綺麗なホテルでした

I stayed in a twin room in this hotel for one night. The room was fine except one thing. The bathroom/toilet had a big transparent glass wall. The inside the shower room was obviously easily seen from the bedroom. So, it was quite shocking to find it out and it would have been disgusting to be in that room if I had been staying with somebody else. So, it isn't recommended to stay in that room at least.

Staff were friendly and helpful about restaurants in the area. Great outdoor patio across the street with amazing wine and beer to wind down at night. Lovely neighborhood to explore. Walkable to all the things down in the higher tourism area but local charm in the area of the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Really enjoyed our stay here

The staff were so friendly, gave us suggestions on things to do, places to see as the weather wasn’t the best. The room was always spotless, very traditional but with a modern twist. We loved the breakfast, there was plenty to choose from and they even cooked fresh omelettes upon request! Overall the hotel was small but charming, perfectly located to get around the city. Would definitely stay here in the future!

A equipe é muito gentil, o café é de muita qualidade e o hotel é muito charmoso. Outro ponto forte é a localização, pois quem pode caminhar pode alcançar a pé vários pontos turísticos. Reservei o quarto com vista e recomendo, pois a praça é uma graça. Como sugestão de melhoras: mais ganchos nos quartos e melhor kit de amenidades.

This hotel is a little gem. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!! Made to order. The room we had was on front of hotel with two walk out balcony’s , with a view of a small park. Bees were very comfortable and bathroom was nice. A lot of charm to this hotel. Fresh breakfast menu. Visited during the winter months so AC was nit needed.

Very nice location, welcoming staff and a lovely square facing room. A little but noisy at night but manageable.

Breakfast & coffee and food are very good

Room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Old building so sound proofing can be an issue. However, the location makes up for it. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to all shopping spots and subway. The staff is incredible - very friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast choices.

Booked at Expedia based on the pictures shown and reviews. The hotel is close to Rossio square and convenient for getting to downtown. The facility conditions are not good. Hallway floor is not clean. Toilet is outdated. Body wash dispenser is not working. The floor is not even. The bedroom floor is higher than the bathroom floor. This can be a safety hazard for senior. The reception area decor is good but furniture needs some work. Some Chair barely holds itself. The breakfast area and breakfast is the only highlight. Very good food and arrangement. Overall, the stay is fine mainly because of the breakfast. No recommendation for the facilities.
