空港からタクシーで9€約10分、距離は7ｋｍ位(10,000歩)帰りはデーバック1つでしてので運動不足解消のため徒歩で空港に向かいました。 市内バス　市内からAラインで11番で下車空港迄1.5ｋｍです。 ホテルは古いが、部屋は広く市街地で便利、スーパーマーケットも真向かいにあり特に問題なし。

The entire staff was friendly and great. The location was perfect, as I was just a few minute walk to the Marina, restaurants, and shops. The hotel and room were all clean and inviting.

Good hotel, comfortable, close to city centre. It rates itself as 4 star but it given that amenities and furnishings were basic, I think it is more like 3 stars. Also, bathroom had a musty odor - I think it’s because of the high humidity in this region and if they put a small dehumidifier in each room that would solve the problem.

Quaint hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. They opened breakfast a little early for me to allow me to check out early.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Would have been easier not to have to figure out where to park. Nice to have breakfast included but 90% was the same everyday for 6 days (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, cold cereals)

Comfortable great location

In all my years of travel, I have never has such a hostile reception. Our flight arrived around 10 am so we went to hotel to drop off our luggage. When I started to approach the desk with my passport, the clerk told me loudly that we could not check in until 3. Thinking she would at least want to confirm we had reservations, I said OK and continued toward the desk. She repeated sternly that we could not check in until 3. I asked if we could check our bags until then, she said ok and showed me to the storage area where I dropped our bags. No claim checks or any record. My husband uses a wheelchair. She then asked me if I had requested a handicapped room. I generally just choose based on what’s available online. He doesn’t need the chair in the room and doesn’t require a walk-in shower. I explained this but her attitude was disconcerting. I was glad we were only there one night.

Property says street parking or other parking option, reality is you are on your own for parking options.

Hotel très agréable, proche de tout. Personnel aimable et attentionné. Chambre de grande taille, très confortable, idem pour la salle de bain. Un hôtel vraiment très recommandable

Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel!

We had an overnight stay and slept very well. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly

Very cool hotel, clean, quiet rooms, on the edge of the vibrant entertainment and dining zone in Ponta Delgada but not so close that you are disturbed when you want a quiet rest. Really nice, we will stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Easy place to stay for a vacation in Ponta Delgada without a rental car.
