Very central with comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was absolutely to die for — especially Grandma’s bread rolls and the wonderful selection of cheeses. Even the restaurant impressed us with good food, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. A truly delightful stay.

Das Flair ist einfach bezaubernd und sorgt für eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat unsere Erwartungen mehrfach übertroffen. Wir fühlten uns bestens betreut und willkommen.
Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der tollen Stadt Ponta Delgada auf der traumhaften Insel São Miguel, und das Hotel Do Colégio hat dazu maßgeblich beigetragen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a refurbished older building that was modern inside with a few touches of the past in the lobby area. It was very convenient for catching tours that met you just at the corner of the street as the streets themselves are too narrow for the vans. The breakfast buffet was terrific with many options. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and contemporary. Helpful desk staff.

Le déjeuner est excellent; le personnel courtois. Pour un hôtel de ce prix près du centre je me serait attendu à une chambre impeccable. Crochet salle de bain brisé, bouche aération très sale et pas insonorisation entre les chambres. L’eau de la piscine est si froide que l’on ne peut y rester bref 3 étoiles pour moi

Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel. Un havre de paix après avoir arpenté l’île toute la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est frais et bon, le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont propres et grandes. Nous y retournerons!

In a great location that was easy to walk to dining and shopping, we chose to park further away in a parking lot but there is underground parking if you are comfortable with the busy city streets. Only thing would make it more comfortable is a fan in the room for air flow. The staff was so friendly, we would return if we get the chance!
