朝食が別経営の隣のカフェだったが量が少なく3泊して全く内容が変わらなかった

立地が大変良く、観光スポットへのアクセス良好です。スーパーやカフェも徒歩1分圏内にあり便利。 フロントスタッフも好印象でした。 部屋はコンパクトサイズながら過ごすには問題なく、バルコニー付きなので閉塞感もなく良い。 お部屋にポットがあると尚良かったです。 セキュリティも不安なく過ごせました。

Conveniently located near Rossio station. Coffee and hot water provided in the morning was very helpful.

The biggest advantage is that the hotel is extremely accessible.The lack of a refrigerator in the room and the shower room being moldy may be negative points.

地下鉄駅のそばで、交通の便が非常に良い

地下鉄の駅の前で非常に交通の便が良い立地です。チェックイン、滞在中、チェックアウトの際の受付スタッフの対応はとても親切でフレンドリー。レストランの場所や地下鉄の利用方法など、いろいろな質問に笑顔て丁寧に説明してくれました。大通りに面しており、治安面でも問題ないと感じました。アメニティはほとんどありませんが、持参していたので問題ありませんでした。一点だけ注文としては、シャワールームの排水がつまりやすく水がフロアにたまりやすい点が難点でした。ただ総合的にコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。また利用したいと思います。

シャワー室が開放されているため、換気が弱いせいか、水蒸気で床・壁が全体的に結露して処理が大変でした。

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Metrostation, Trindade, ohne Umsteigen vom Flughafen zu erreichen (ein Z4 Ticket). Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, und hat daher nur eine karge Ausstattung (kleine Garderobe, kein Schrank, kein Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher, aber ein Fön ist vorhanden, schmale Ablage als Tisch). Das Licht immer Badezimmer geht bei Betreten an, aber schon wieder aus, während man duscht oder die Toilette benutzt.

This hotel has a great location just across the road from the Trindade metro station making it easy to travel around Porto city and to other locations. The hotel itself is modern and clean and although not uncomfortable is more about being functional . For me, this hotel is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay rather than the week we booked for as there was no drawer space and just a rail with five or six coat-hangers. We therefore had to live out of our suitcases. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient and the staff helpful and friendly. As previously stated, a great hotel for a night or a weekend stay and in a great location.

The breakfast in the next door resturant was strange as an extra coffee costs 4-5 euros

First the good, the hotel is in a really good location near Trindade tram station, it is clean, light, easy to find & we checked in early which was great! Now the bad, the breakfast is just a voucher to use in a cafe nextdoor which is chaotic with not enough staff, there are far better places nearby for a breakfast so don't bother with it! I returned to my room one evening to discover that glass the door leading to the balcony was damaged & was hanging at an angle off its hinges, I reported the damage to reception & the door was quickly fixed, on checkout I was told I had to pay them for the damage as the maid hadn't done the damage so it must've been me but it wasn't me that caused it, I wasn't even in the room when the door was damaged, I didn't touch the door, they basically accused me of lying, I refused to pay it & left very angry & insulted!

Hotel simples mas muito bom, atendimento maravilhoso, localização ótima, perto de tudo! Minha única reclamação foi a falta de um ferro de passar roupa. Isso foi apenas um detalhe que não tira minha nota

We had an early morning flight out of Porto, so picked this hotel next to Trinidad metro for direct link to airport. It did the job.

Staff very helpful and responsive to requests for help. Breakfast next door was delicious and good quality. Coffee was great!
