Excellent customer service, the hotel room was very good, clean and very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Totally disagreed the price, that's mean overpriced as follows:- 1. Breakfast is not included even tho we pay more than $400 daily 2. It's not fair and needs to pay the swimming facility. Euro $15 each time for pool 3.

Away from the busy areas but easily accessible by taxi.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and the rooftop was the cherry on top of the stay. It was very lovely overall.

The website states there is a pool but there is not. There is only a spa offered as a paid add-on for guests. It has an adult-only pool inside. That has been very misleading for us as a family. Watch out if you travel with kids.

Perfect area to stay outside of the busy area of Lisboa. Hotel was top notch. Staff was very accommodating.

We booked this for our last 2 nights in Portugal before a long flight home. It was the most comfortable bed, linens, and AC we had on our entire trip (6 other very nice hotels). Loved the balcony, although they could add some cushions to the rattan chairs. We felt very pampered.

From check in with Xavier and the entire staff, we had an excellent experience.

While the property was very clean and was shown as pictures, following issues occurred: - arrived late pull out bed was not ready but unfortunately had to wait as no sheets were in the suite for you to do yourself. - not enough towels in the suite upon arrival given there were 4 of us staying in the suite you would it expect it to be ready -restaurant for dinner was abysmal. Ordered a steak medium rare came out well done. Sent it back second one came out raw. There was only 1other table in the restaurant and took close to two hours to eat. -used the whatsapp to order items (towels, water) not very fast, lagging in response. -rooftop nice ambiance as what I expect from the Hyatt, music was so loud barely could hear your companion. One host was excellent one night but the second night server forgot us and only had 1 drink when opportunity for another was loss Saving grace of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Room was spacious, exceptionally clean.

Hotel breakfast and facilities were very good except that there is no pool of you have kids. There were also some plumbing issues with water spilling out of the shower area and the sink drain being clogged.

리스본에 새로 오픈한 호텔(2022년)로 위치는 tagus강 근처에 위치하고 있어 river view를 선택하면 멋진 강변의 풍경을 즐길 수 있음. 룸컨디션은 최상급. 단점은 호텔 앞쪽으로 열차가 지나가는데 시끄러운 편임.
