メイン駅や、レストラン、市場は10分散歩でいけます。とても便利です。

事前にネットからのチェックインの仕組みはやや難しかった。 アパートメントは大きな駅に近いし、周辺にも豊富なレストランが朝から営業してるので、とてもは便利でした。

キッチンがあるので、毎食外食はちょっとという方にはオススメ。洗濯機もあり旅の途中で洗濯したい方にいいかと思います。 滞在先の横びバーやレストランがあるため、深夜までうるさい時もありました。

Estancia agradable y cerca de puntos turísticos

Not as expected at all. 1. Upon checking in, we were surprised to learn we were in a different building than the one we had booked. The unit we received also looked drastically different (smaller, less well-lit, etc) than on the website when we booked. 2. The apartment was not accessible (as advertised). 3. The apartment overall was quite clean, although there was a strange smell which did not subside the entire time we were there. 4. When we first arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and the safe was locked (but this was later fixed). 5. The concierge did not pick up the black phone in the apartment building (even though it is supposed to be 24 hours). When we called the number, the representative told us to send an email and then hung up when I was in the middle of asking another question. 6. A minor thing, but dishwashing is not included, despite it being a "serviced" apartment. We had a nice trip overall, but this apartment was definitely not as expected or advertised.

Lägenheten ligger i ett säkert område nära restauranger och museer, kommunikationen är perfekt! Lägenheten har förstklassig service och snabb uppmärksamhet. Vi lämnade Lissabon väldigt glada och ivriga att återvända.

O apartamento é bem localizado, boa parte dos passeios conseguimos fazer andando. Ficamos no bloco B, então foi bem silencioso e tem serviço de limpeza o que foi muito bom.

The property was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a really good location to explore the city from and as two female travellers we felt safe in the area. Only had a slight issue with the smell from time to time which I think was down to the drains) Great properly! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you

L'appartement était tres propre et la femme de ménage venait changer nos serviettes de bain a tout les jours. Bel emplacement, pres du Time Matket et du Métro Cais do Sobre.

Fantastisk sted med veldig god beliggenhet. Veldig rent og komplett. Det eneste som kunne vært bedre, er kommunikasjonen. Da vi bestilte rommet, fikk vi en melding om at vi ville få en kode 24 timer før innsjekk, men i stedet skulle man bare trykke på døren og sjekke inn selv via en stor skjerm som står etter den første trappen.

Tricky check-in. Very time consuming involving phone calls and computer resets. Otherwise great

Great place to stay!

Prima Appartement, freundliche Betreuung am Telefon. Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen, großes Essensangebot ringsum, ebenso ÖPNV. Leider im Moment (05/25) eine riesige Baustelle vor der Tür.

Pas facile de trouver l’entrée de l’immeuble. Notre code d’entrée avait changé le dernier jour et nous avons dû attendre qu’une personne sorte de l’immeuble pour appeler le service. Pas de local pour entreposer les valises et c’est un problème. L’appartement était indiqué disponible à 14h et nous avons dû attendre une demi-heure que la femme de ménage termine. Le jour de notre départ, l’appartement devait être rendu à midi et une femme de ménage est venue frapper vers 10h. A part cela, l’appartement était tout à fait correct si ce n’est une odeur d’égout qui pouvait être gênante.

Check in the apartment was difficult. Very small not spacious. No amenities to place personal items. No side table reading lights. We tried to call the land lord but no reply and phone was disconnected. Very nartow space in the lifts not enough for two people with luggage can fit. No instructions given as to which part of the building was the apartment as our apartment was outside through another entrance luckily some other guests were entering and they gave us directions. Cleaniness in bathroom was brilliant and plenty of towels. The description mentioned free toiletries but there was only body wash which was free. No body lotion or shampoo! Space in apartment is so cramped. There is a dofa bed for 3rd person but luckily we were only two as the sofa bed was broken! No tea bags provided only 3 mint tea bags. We would next time prefer a hotel where service is available

La place est très bien et service également. Par contre, c’est l’arrivée qui fut assez compliquée car je n’avais pas reçu courriel pour indiquer comment entrer dans l’immeuble ni les codes pour entrer par la suite dans appartement. On nous disait, lors de la location qu’on recevrait info 24 gré avant notre arrivée. J’ai dû appeler plusieurs fois avant qu’on me répondre et, même si j’avais écrit à Hotel.com, je n’avais pas de retour de courriel. Finalement, j’ai retrouvé le fameux courriel dans mes courriels indésirables non pas 24 gré mais une semaine avant ma date! Alors à surveiller vos courriels indésirables

Estadia nova, completa. Só o sofá cama que achamos um pouco desconfortável, mas a cama era excelente. Tivemos um pequeno problema na chegada com o check in, que era eletrônico, mas que logo foi resolvido quando entramos em contato com a acomodação. Recomendo.

La puerta de la ducha no cierra bien por lo q se sale el agua, el sofá cama es súper incómodo, deberían cambiarlo...a parte de eso lo recomiendo muy mucho

Best location, super cute and clean! Super easy check in.. We loved Lisbon!

I like the apartment and location very nice. The Bed and couch are very hard uncomfortable to sleep.
