Incrível. Um hotel todo pensado para famílias. Quartos espaçosos, limpos, muito confortáveis. Tem cozinha totalmente equipada. Extremo cuidado e atenção a todos os itens para bebê, incluindo babá eletrônica, aquecedor de mamadeira, esterilizador de mamadeira, além de banheira. Espaço kids é excelente e com staff muito atencioso. O staff geral do hotel é extremamente cortes, incluindo o Sr. Guilhermes, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu excelentes sugestões de passeios e restaurantes. O restaurante do hotel serve um bom café da manhã e boas refeições (almoço e jantar). Gostaria que tivesse um hotel desses em cada capital da Europa. Parabéns pela excelência

Great location walkable from downtown. Very toddler friendly with toddlers amenities in the room. Room was well furnished.

A very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Had a studio apartment which was a generous size with great facilities. Extremely comfortable and lovely service including a very good breakfast. Also useful as very close to two metro stops which gave great access to airport.

This is where you need to stay if you are traveling with young children (8 and under). It is completely set up for families, from breakfast to bedtime. While it is a great hotel overall, I would not recommend it for single travelers or those who don't have children, as the noise could get irritating. Every member of staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Amazing service and had everything you could possibly think of for a stay in a hotel with a young child. They also had a welcome bag for our son with toys and a hat which he absolutely loved. Bed was super comfy and big. Breakfast was nice and we also used the room service on our last day and the food was excellent. Sometimes when you stay in a hotel room with your child it can feel a little stressful but this was all set up so perfectly it made it really fun for all of us.

We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. The breakfast was good - not as comprehensive as other hotels I've been too - but enough choice to ensure that everyone was well fed before heading out for a day tackling Lisbon's hills. The people were lovely, the complimentary drink voucher on arrival was a very nice touch and we would definitely go back. It's clearly a very family friendly hotel and we felt very at ease there with our son (12) and daughter (9).

The hotel is very family focused. The items in the room are safe for kids, there is a highchair, toys, kid safe utensils, a kids playroom downstairs, and everyone is helpful and understanding of families. The service was amazing, and the young man at the front desk was super helpful. The bar seemed to cater to non-hotel guests but we didnt spend time there other than to get our free drink. The negative to the hotel which was pretty big for us was the noise. We could hear people upstairs, outside in the hall and outside. We did not sleep the whole night Friday due to people partying and screaming in the streets. The sirens (there were many) were manageable as compared to the music and yelling all night from the street. Our 22 month old did not sleep all night and it ruined our flight home.

Atendimento excelente, localização ótima, próxima a lojas, restaurantes e atrações. O quarto, apesar de grande, tinha um piso barulhento e o banheiro piso extremamente gelado, principalmente considerando que.estavamos no inverno. Como o chuveiro fica dentro da banheira e a porta so vai até a metade, molha bastante. Hotel familiar, bom para ficar com crianças.

Great Hotel with attentive staff in amazing location! Breakfast is basic so dun expect too much

We very much enjoyed our stay at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado. Our room was spacious and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to get over our jet-lag. We had a separate bedroom, alcove with a twin bunk bed off the hallway and a living room with kitchen. The staff went above and beyond and also provided different activities for our children for about 30-60 minute increments as needed. We did notice that the smell of cleaning supplies in one of the hallways was quite strong but it wasn’t an issue within the rooms themselves. We would absolutely stay here again with young children and loved the offering this hotel provided. The location is also tough to beat and make sure to enjoy the Landeau chocolate cake next door!
