Apt hotel excelente! Voltaremos, com certeza.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was great very helpful in planning excursions into the city.

Location was perfect however place was basic lack of lighting limited dishes and plugs dor charging. Furniture like couch not comfortable and air conditioning not working properly

We had a great stay at Aparthotel Oporto Anselmo. The place is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with private hot tub and small garden, the hot tub may need maintenance as the hydro jets that creates the bubbles was not working very well but otherwise was a great temperature and clean. It’s located in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest selection of cafes and the main promenade, which was perfect for a relaxed stay. There’s also a small shop and grocery store less than 5 minutes away, which was really convenient. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful base in Porto.

Siisti, puhdas ja tilava huoneisto muutaman sadan metrin päässä metroasemalta. Minimarket myös lähellä. Kävelymatkan päässä myös Porton ostoskadut. Allasalue pienehkö, mutta hieman sesongin ulkopuolella meille riittävä. Uima-altaan vesi ei lämmitettyä. Poreallas kiva lisä. Vastaanottohenkilökunnalta olisimme toivoneet aavistuksen enemmän palvelualttiutta, joskin kaikki järjestyi sekä saimme joitakin vinkkejä Porton kaupunkiin. Hinta-laatu suhteeltaan mukiin menevä.

Fantastic reception staff who took the time to make us feel at home and couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The cleaning regime was exceptional and the apartment was roomy, comfortable, well provisioned and private. Great quiet location only 10 mins from Bolhão market with a lovely garden and pool. Highly recommend.

Bra fint med pool, fixa en kaffebryggare, fin lägenhet, lite hård säng, saknade tepåsar och kaffepulver på rummet. Frukost bra, fint med en toast, minus är skällande hundar

Een bijzonder goed onthaal, super vriendelijk en met heel veel informatie. We kregen nog tips om authentiek Portugees te gaan eten en elke vraag werd onmiddellijk beantwoord.

Mixed experience - communication prior to check in was virtually non existent. Other than one message in Portuguese and one in French when we booked, there was no response to our messages (sent via the Expedia app, on email, WhatsApp or tel calls) until Expedia customer services got involved I was worried we’d turn up at 9pm and not be able to get in and almost booked an airport hotel as back up. An unnecessary stress. (Apparently they have a problem with Expedia messages so if you need a late check in, plan ahead. Mine never got answered. ) My partner eventually got a reply to a WhatsApp message with 2 sets of instructions for late check in - one was to a different property. Once in, the apartment was lovely. Chic decor, well equipped. All clean except for a slightly stained sofa. The bed was on a wooden frame which creaked when you got within a metre of it. Loved the garden and even used the pool due to some luck with April weather. The balcony was great - usable even in showers as it was partially covered. We walked absolutely everywhere around the city and it was a great base. If you are relatively fit, it’s very walkable. We liked the area and it felt safe. We had issues with excessive noise outside from other guests - a very large group from the uk who would have been far better somewhere with sole occupancy or a gym. The noise got bad enough that we went out. The hotel did not address it. Overall, nice apartment but unsure we’d return.

A lovely place for a base, within walking distance of local transport but was still a quiet location. The staff were so helpful and were happy to help with anything. They suggested the best places to visit and guided us to the local shops. Would stay again

Very clean, comfortable apartment and well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc. We loved the hot tub and the location was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
