Stayed for 17 days. The town in this area is beautiful, and it was nice to feel calm. It was good because I have a 1 year old child. A walk along the river is pleasant. In addition, although the station is not close, it was convenient because you can access various routes. Regarding the facilities, the thing that fixes the shower was damaged and could not be fixed. In addition, there was no stopper for the bathtub, so it was necessary to use a plastic bag to store hot water. It was also troublesome that there was no vacuum cleaner in the cleaning tools even though cleaning is once a week. But other than that it's comfortable. There is a distance to the center, so if you can tolerate that, it's a good inn (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

これはホテルではなく、明らかに民泊です。 御社のサイトではホテルと民泊の区別がないのでしょうか？ フロントもなく場所がホントにわからなかった。もちろん看板も表札もありません。 民泊にしては高過ぎます。 しかも現地支払いのはずなのにキャンセルできないように引き落とされていました。 詐欺です。 だましれました。

Es war alles super gut organisiert, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich.Man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner an der Seite. Die Unterkunft ist modern, elegant und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, man hat wirklich an alles gedacht.

Like how close it was to metro, trains, busses. It is within walking distance to a shopping mall and gro ery store. We stayed for 10 days, being able to grocery shopping and cook was great. There were also restaurants in the area. The only downside was trying to figure out how to operate the washing machine

It was very difficult communicate with the property manager for check-in especially when you are already traveling. Otherwise the property is very conveniently located

Once I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young man who took me to my room. Initially he told me there wasn’t running water but that it was being addressed. Luckily, it’d been resolved by the time I arrived.There is no reception desk. However, security onsite in the building 24/7. Their means of communication was by email and they were pretty responsive. I needed help with the AC and they showed up without hesitation. However, the temperature of the room never really dropped. Perhaps a malfunction with that unit.These units are modern and beautiful but the bed was just so awful.I have never slept on a hard what felt like an old mattress. A place like this, the comfort of the bed should be as luxurious as the unit/amenities. Full kitchenette, stove, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge AND even a washer machine. Limited plug outlets near the bed. Only one of the two end table lamps could be plugged in.The other was there for decor purposes. Every night slept there was a struggle solely due to the mattress. This is more of an industrial area. I was on the 9th floor and didn’t have much of a view. Several restaurants nearby, shopping mall, and near transportation needs.

The property was great! We loved the big windows that let us look out but well insulated so we didn't have to hear the city sounds. They were great to meet us and show us around. Very walkable to metro and the river.

Nice appartment! Everything there what you need! Enough space! including a small kitchen with washing-machine. Also for longer stays possible. Close to the exhibition center... Unfortunately not permanent warm water.... it is not comfortable to have changings with hot water / cold water during taking a shower....

Great Appartement. Everything there you need incl a kitchen and washing machine. Great view in the 22nd floor. Good service and communication. Easy Check-in and Check-out.

We had a great time. Location was wonderful. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, activities etc. The apartment was comfortable for 5 adults.

It is a nice property although it needs to upgrade some of the furniture and the bathroom, also in the description said that all apartments had washer and dryer which was not the case, it did have a washer but not even with steam “dryer”, so at the end we found a laundry place and went there.

Generally ok but the bathtub is not working properly

Property was nice! Poor execution on proper check in instructions. Need a better method or actual check in desk. Instructions are sent in Portuguese and number that was required to use to check in was not working.

Recepção do Sr Vitor muito boa, educado e pontual. Condições do apto boa, limpa e ampla. Tudo muito bom, porém faltou algum espelho para se ver inteiro e prendedor de toalhas, pois toalha de rosto fica sobre a pia. Recomendo.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything that you need. It was Christmas Day when we checked in but the staff came to meet us despite it been a holiday. He showed and briefed us about the apartment. Thank you and highly recommend this place if you are coming to Lisbon.

The Oriente is perfect for visitors to the local conference center. Should you wish to visit the old city or other Lisbon destinations, the Oriente metro line is a 10 minute walk. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. The APT INN team will meet you there and run you through everything.

The studio apartment was exactly as described, accessing communication to check in and get into the building was very easy and convenient.

We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 6 days. Safe location, 5 minutes walk to train station and the malls nearby. It's just another 3 minutes walk from the mall to the seafront. The view from the apartment is speechless. For sure we will come back on our next trip to Lisbon. We arrived late that night due to the easyJet flight was delayed. Thank you Kristina, she waited for us downstairs. It was 11pm when we arrived, thank you so much!! Mike

l'appartement est propre par contre il faut être vigilent lors de la réservation car cette agence dispose de plusieurs appartement dans l'immeuble et ils ne donnent pas tous sur la mer comme sur les photos :( on a été déçu sur ce point par rapport à ce qu'on a reservé. attention aussi car il y' a une caution de 100 euro à payer par CB en plus des taxes et 5euro/jr pour le parking dès l'arrivée. la Clim n'était pas assez puissante pour refroidir tout l'appartement. c'était déjà écrit dans les commentaire et on le confirme. le coté pratique est qu'il est à coté de l'autoroute pour découvrir la région de Lisbonne en voiture. il faut prévoir du cache pour payer la taxte de séjour et le parking, il n'y a que la caution qui est payée en CB. enfin à plus de 200euro/ nuit on esperait avoir mieux que ça pour les 5jours passés à Lisbonne (au moin un menage quotidien) ...
