Trop cher pour ce que c’est !!!! L’hôtel date des années 80/90 Rien est à jour. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix!!!!

It had no Elevator. 4 floors to walk up.

The staff were nice, but the initial room i was provided was really poor. The toilet leaked everytime you flushed it and the room smelled like stale water. The room was generally outdated and needed renovating. I booked a twin room where the mattresses were essentially sitting on a kids bed, which were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a double bed room as an alternative after the first night which was much better, looked cleaner, had a correctly functioning toilet and less outdated, however the mattress did remain uncomfortable and hard, but at least it was better than the initial room. I would not recommend booking a twin room, but the double room was adequate. If the hotel had a bit of renovating to fix the issues, it could be an affordable option to stay in Lisbon, but for me it was the main negative of my trip to Lisbon. Once again the main positve is that the staff were nice and helpful, and they did provide a suitable alternative when I raised an issue about initial room. If you are planning on booking this hotel ensure you book a double room, as the twin room was not up to standard.

Excelente atendimento, sempre disponível, desde o check in. Os quartos são simples e ficam no terceiro andar, sem elevador. A região de Saldanha é repleta de lanchonetes, restaurantes e mercados. O metrô fica a uns 600 metros.

Ottima stanza per un weekend lungo, personale disponibile, stanza pulita e ordinata, bagno privato (occorrerebbe una tenda oscurante per la sera sulla finestra). Nei dintorni i locali sono molto buoni nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. Facilmente raggiungibile tramite il trasporto pubblico.

Puzza di scarichi dal bagno che pervadono anche la stanza. Non sono sufficienti i profumatori sparsi ovunque serve intervento idraulico. Poco sicure anche le prese di corrente e gli interruttori. Il pavimento della stanza sembra stia cedendo in quanto non è a livello ed è affossato. La camera non è messa in sicurezza. Materassi dei letti inesistenti terribili . Insomma se si cerca un’alternativa per non dormire nei cartoni sui marciapiedi fiarse questa si potrebbe considerare.

Estadia maravilhosa. Quarto muito limpo, organizado e espaçoso. O hotel é muito bem localizado e o atendimento é excelente, especialmente da Celeste, que é uma ótima pessoa. Foi permitido que fizéssemos o check-in antes do horário, o que nos ajudou muito.

I checked in to this hovel and paid 16 euros tourist tax. Upon entering the property I could immediately see that it was well below what was advertised. Entering the room was a disgusting sight. I am shocked that hotels.com would even display a property. I immediately went online and booked alternative accommodation. This left me well out of pocket.

This building was old. Everything in the room was fragile and on the verge of breaking. It was very poorly kept and maintained building. Staff was nice although there was some concern about whether staff was being trafficked to me. It was bizarre behavior by the owner compared to some staff. Very bizarre experience. We had booked for 3 days but left a free the first night and booked a nicer room down the street for an additional expense because it was that bad and we were on a budget but it felt strange there and we didn’t feel comfortable.

Séjour agréable ( logement très bien placé en hypercentre ,propre et accueillant). Seul bémol ( le bruit ) , inconvénient tout à fait logique au regard de l’emplacement ! Merci encore de nous avoir reçus !

It was the worst place ever The lock of the window in the bedroom was broken. The bedroom door was not easy to close The toilet flusher didnt work There was hot water for the shower but it looks that the surrounding area of the shower cabinet was falling apart. We were only staying there for some few hours because our flight was very early , and the most disgusting things we saw was cockroachers.

Günstige Unterkunft, gut erreichbar auch vom Flughafen, für eine Nacht o.k., aber nicht für länger. Insgesamt ziemlich heruntergekommenes Haus, enger Treppenaufgang, extrem enges Bad, Zimmer lange nicht renoviert. Ziemlich laut an einem Kreisverkehr gelegen. Die Rezeptionistin war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La propiedad requiere mantenimiento. Falta presión en el sanitario lo que es falta. Las ventanas no cierran pues las cerraduras están colgando etc. No hay queja del staff pero el edificio se cae a pedazos

Good location for transport links and very friendly hosts. Spacious bedroom although bathroom was a little on the small side. Overall, very good value for money.

Trois étage et aucun ascenseur. Pas de climatisation et un ventilateur en fin de vie. On entends le son des chambres voisines. Un peut loin du centre.

The room was simple and good enough. No one was available when we tried to check out.

Nos fue bien en general, el area estaba comoda para caminar y segura. La habitación limpia pero olia un poco feo como a cañería. Sirvio para lo que lo queriamos, dormir y asearnos. Las camas comodas y limpias. Habitacion pequeñita però cómoda. No hay parking pero hay varias opciones en la calle y los fines de semana no cobran

Très bon emplacement, proche commodités et transports. Chambre dans son jus mais très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mini salle de bain qui comprend pourtant le nécessaire.

Résidence bien située à proximité des commodités de transport comme le bus 720 au pied de l’immeuble ,qui peut vous amener au centre commercial Colombo et la station de métro sadhana à 8 minutes à pieds.La place Marques Pombal, l’une des places emblématiques de Lisbonne, est à 16 minutes à pieds et vous pouvez y réserver et prendre votre bus à descentes multiples pour visiter la ville. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le logement n’est pas très insonorisé et vous risquez d’entendre le bruit des voitures mais on rentre tellement fatigué de la marche qu’on n’entend pratiquement rien… Je le recommande pour des courts séjour de 2 à 3 jours. L’emplacement est top car c’est aussi à 16 minutes en voiture pour l’aéroport. Comptez maximum 8€ en Uber pour vous y rendre.

La mejor opción de calidad precio . Sin lujos. , solo para bañarse y dormir, atendido por sus dueños que viven ahí por lo cual tenes recepción siempre , te dan servicio de consigna gratis. El alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila y muchas tiendas y lo mejor , conectado con 3 líneas de metro, a 30 minutos del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos del centro histórico
