立地は良いと思うのですが、写真を見思っていた程良い眺めではなく残念でした。 バスルームは狭く、ハンドシャワーが壊れておりました。 １泊約３万円お支払いさせて頂いておりますのに、コンディショナーがありません。 石鹸の質が驚く程悪く使用していて割れていく石鹸。。。初めてでした。 毎回、５ツ星もしくは４ツ星ホテルに滞在しますが、 物価の安い国では、約３万円で良いホテルあります。 ３万円取るのであれば、石鹸の質・・・ガッカリでした。。。 ベットが２ヶ所にありましたが、最初に寝たベットのお部屋は車の音が気になり、 もう１つのベットのお部屋に移動しました所、近くのＢａｒでのお客さん方の声がとても騒がしく、最終的に車の音が聞こえるお部屋で寝ました。 手作りのウェルカムクッキー、とても可愛かったですが、美味しいとは言えず１枚だけ頂きました。 １泊、１万円・・・１万３千円くらいまでの宿泊料金でしたら、文句言いません。 翌日宿泊しましたポルトのＴＨＥ　ＹＥＡＴＭＡＮが素敵過ぎました。 こちらを予約させて頂きます際、お写真がとってもステキに思いました為、 本当に本当に残念でした。

Great location and communication was excellent

We like the clean rooms, the location, the balcony, the shuttle service. We didn't like the squeakiness noise of the up level floor. a bit too loud. however we would love to come back, it is pretty nice. thank you!

Great communication and easy to get support and information. Location is perfect, just at the top of a hill good to be aware of, also on top of a bakery where you can buy breakfast.

The flat is very lovely, the rooms are nice and big, we got a nice gift box with jam, honey, crackers, coffee ect and a bottle of wine. They have thought about everything even giving earplugs as there is a little market across the road from the flat that have people there till 11pm on saturday it's later so it's a lively area, lots of food places to eat and drink, great place for transport; bus, tram and Lisbon hop on hop off bus. Is the top of the hill but easy to walk downhill to get to Chiado that has supermarkets and shopping.

Very disappointing experience. The day before check-out, our access code suddenly became invalid, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hair dryer broke that same night. We contacted the property and were clearly told that a replacement would be delivered by 9:00 AM the next morning. Based on this, both my daughter and I washed our hair and waited from 9:00 AM as instructed. Despite multiple follow-up messages, we kept receiving the same response: “soon” or “it’s on the way.” However, the replacement did not arrive until 10:45 AM, almost two hours later. This poor communication and lack of reliability seriously affected our morning plans and left both of us waiting with wet hair for far too long. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on est à 5 mns en bus du port. Il y a tout à proximité, on est pas loin du quartier de Baixa. Le seul inconvénient c'est les nuisances sonores nocturnes à cause des bars. Mais c'est supportable. Je recommande

The apartment is beautiful and spotless

This is a lovely large apartment with a beautiful view. It is very comfortable and great communication with staff.

창밖으로 보이는 경치는 매우 좋았습니다. 넓고 분위기도 좋고 위치 좋고 깨끗하였습니다. 난방기가 반복해서 에러가 나고 창틀사이로 빗물이 스며들어 떨어지는 단점은 있었습니다. 전체적으론 좋은 경험이였습니다.

Nice apartment in a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside of that is a lot of noise into the early hours.

We loved the apartment! And it was in a great location. The only negative was how loud it was at night. Because this apartment is in an area with a lot of nightlife, we could hear loud groups of people until 2, 3, 4am. So it was a little hard to sleep

Our family had a superb stay at the residence. The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon and we enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The suite itself was beyond our expectations - equipped with everything you could ask for: exceptionally clean, welcome basket, comfortable beds, easy access. Highly recommend.

Super location. Super welcome. There was a beautifully set table with welcome gifts. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good for our group. The second toilet was more of a half closet but still great have. There was a balcony with a great view over the summer festivities also AC worked great! .
